The hotel staff and facilities are excellent, I had to work and the WiFi connection is no doubt very good. Really loved the atmosphere, always feeling fresh when enter in the hotel and/or the room. Restaurant , common area, non-alcoholic cocktails availability and other to be spoil facilities excellent.

The Suites are not suites, it is missing separate living area and office work place if needs be. Lunch and Dinner warm foods quality needs improvement. Room entry keys need upgrade and have the possibility of handing at least 2 keys.

Absolutely amazing stay in a private relaxing zone of the city. Placed on a hill far away from a noise of the city, this boutique hotel deserves to be highly evaluated for its excellence, attention to details, hospitality and luxury atmosphere. During our stay we felt very welcomed and each day was fulfilled with care and good attitude. I loved the surprise which the staff prepared for my birthday - it was so lovely! Breakfast is a-la carte (and keep in mind the size of portions which are just enough but not that much). Feeling like home, especially when you wake-up in the morning and go straight to the balcony to greet the sun and marvellous view. Our big thanks to all the staff and management of the hotel for creating this special place!

I personally would put alive plants instead of plastic ones as it is a little bit off the whole concept of excellency. Also (based on my experience of staying in different hotels around the world) I'd provide sandals Havayanas which are in all rooms to use - for free to take home (now if you want to take you should pay for them). It would be another touch of luxury provided for the guests who choose this wonderful hotel.

Clean, reception, friendly and professional staff. Big variety at breakfast, good afternoon snack. Dinner at the restaurant was a big surprise.

The swimming pool water was a bit salty, it could be fresh water instead. The gym could be bigger as well.

Exceptional cleanliness, very comfortable bed and high end pillows and fabric, pleasant decoration, outstanding breakfast, nice views of the surroundings.

Toilets are too weak, bathroom has no exhaustion (it has window, but it’s not enough for shower vapors).

Wonderful hotel with an amazing view on the city of Blumenau. The hotel is very stylish with a spacious pool in the court. The staff is really friendly and always available when needed.

Excellent hotel with a bonus that most of the staff spoke English. We has several special requests and staff went above and beyond to help.
