Beachside hotel and staying in the club wing was a good choice with large rooms and nice infinity pool area. Overall the club service for breakfast , afternoon team and happy hours was efficient and good quality. Restaurant meal was good bistro level quality.

Slow to respond to special requests re delivery of ice to room etc…… otherwise staff were efficient in the restaurant / club , although a few more smiles and welcoming attitudes could improve interaction between staff and guests….. a matter of training and experience of club staff.

Great beachfront hotel with a lot of kid activities. Huge, beautiful outdoor pool with 2 fun slides. The breakfast and dinner buffet is really good and cheap. Chinese restaurant is good but a bit expensive, souteast asian restaurant also looks good but we didn't try.

Some facilities are old and need refurbishment. Outdoor playground is basically non-existent (only 1 slide), indoor playroom in basement is bad and smelly. We only found the other playroom on 2/f on second day (lack info about this) but it's much better with good arts n crafts activities.

There are hotels when it's just good and 5 stars. This hotel is at least 7 stars. Rapture. I was embarrassed by the location, far from the center, but it's worth it. This is another ShenRen. This is a resort. It's like I wasn't in China. The staff is very helpful, very kind. The hotel is a complete delight, I was in a new building, a club room, take it, you will not regret it. Such peace. The food is just bliss, it's a shame that we didn't have time to enjoy happy hours, as we stayed in Guangzhou against our will. But, the dinner was great. Everything is so delicious. I wanted to try everything. Seafood, meat. It's a bit of a shame that the barbecue was all spicy, I love barbecue, but I don't eat spicy, so alas, I didn't manage to try. But here's the rest. Delicious desserts. Breakfast was also great. Benedict's eggs were amazing. And a croissant with chocolate. Exquisite collection of tea. I was completely delighted. The room was also very new, modern and so cozy. My husband and I fell asleep to the sound of the sea and woke up to the sound of the sea. Included in the collection of the best hotels in the world where I was, keep it up. Usually I am always given a room of a higher category, so I was a little upset that the room was without a balcony.

The property was excellent for a family stay. With a 3 and 1yo we had plenty of things to do and really enjoyed our time. The kids pool was a great depth, the slides were great fun, the beach was lovely, there were plenty of food options for western families and the family suite was a good size for all of us to fit in for sleep and play. The free family shoot offered was also a lovely touch.

- Pool slides and other activities like the carousel and train are only open for select hours, it would be better if they had extended hours for the kids. Ie the pool slides are closed from 10am-4pm. - Pool service is a little bit slow for food and drinks, this could be improved. - There is no door or even curtain / partition between the king bedroom and the kids sleeping area / bunk beds - introducing a partition would be helpful to block off some sound / light.

My second stay in this hotel. I was greeted at the reception with "welcome back" and had a hand written greeting card with a bowl of fresh fruit and small gifts at my room. Thank you, that was very touching 🥰 Most excellent breakfast. There were so many choices and all were excellent. I was always looking forward to the breakfast. Very attentive staff. Knowing my preference, a table by the window overlooking the beach was always offered to me. Dinner buffet is worth an extra mention. Truly fantastic selection of excellent seafood including sashimi prepared by a chef. Looking forward to experiencing it again. The beach is right outside the hotel. Perfect for a walk along it or a swim. Thank you for yet another memorable stay.

I wish I could have stayed there longer. Room service orders via WeChat only accepts a local phone number.

Nice room, location, beach and pool everything

The hotel took a deposit of 6000 yuan for 2 nights. The deposit was returned a month later, today. After a lot of talking, I finally got the money. Do these 5-star hotels do business with deposits? 2 years ago, the Grand Hyatt in Hainan did not return my deposit at all. I thought it would be worth paying attention to those who are visiting now. Everything else was perfect.

The hotel is well maintained. Hotel room is spacious and everything is clean and in good conditions. The Chinese restaurant serves delicious Cantonese dishes at reasonable prices. Breakfast buffet is a must have: lots of options and yummy! Staff team is helpful and friendly, especially those at the concierge and swimming pool.

Closet space is small. The glass doors of shower and toilet stalls should be at least partially covered to allow for privacy.

Service ,views ,amenities It almost looks like Thailand but not Shenzhen ,very clean ,nice views ,nice pools -perfect for kids

People who work there don’t speak English so better to learn some key words in mandarin to communicate with staff .also be good to have car service and currency exchange in hotel and taxi is not safe in china for foreigners,especially if you travel with kids .better check if you can rent a car with driver from somewhere else as hotel does not provide such service .

love the pool , beach and the room although they can't add a roller bed for my adult son without Sur charge provided we booked the room for 3 .

our room is pretty quiet except the time slot of the roof top wedding ceremony taken place in the weekend evenings without head up when we checked in . we had to leave our room if we didn't want to hear those cheering noises through the balcony although it's a happy gathering for the couples families / relatives

Beautiful hotel. Club facilities were exceptional. Loved the pool and club lounge. Room was great, comfortable and quiet.

The staff’s level of English was poor. No hotel information in the room. Had to wander around the hotel to try to find the restaurants and what cuisine they served.
