Very good breakfast with local products. Personnel were attentive, calm and always with a smile. Appreciated the concept of the hotel and the decoration.

We had no A/C during our stay. It is a pitty that the only solution was a small ventilator. It is recommended that the hotel invest in buying good and quiet fans.

Nice modern hotel next to the train station and car rental places. Relaxed feeling.

Shares the building with Loco Loca - bar restaurant odd sort of place. People party outside there until very late. It's too noisy. Your hotel is a building where people sleep.

Loved staying in a modern hotel with character but all the comforts you could want. Room sizes are generous and I had one of the best night's sleep I've had in a very long time.

It's not clear where the nearest parking is (it's Gare de la Sud) and it's quite a walk to get to the bars and restaurants

Breakfast was good and what we expected.

It was rainy and wet but we couldn’t get a meal in the restaurant despite being hotel guests. The all singing all dancing IPad that was supposed to control lighting and air conditioning didn’t work.

Decor, cleanliness and staff were fantastic

The lighting system is terrible - you can’t have the reading lights on without the main walll light - very impractical when in a room with kids.

The location next the the train station was excellent for arriving and departing by train. There was a good choice of food for breakfast and the quality was excellent. Staff were friendly and efficient. The website was good for providing details and paying to allow a quick check out.

Sunday the restaurant and bar were shut when I arrived.

Reception Staff were outstanding. The room was excellent; clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great and suitable for our requirements.

The hotel reception hall is always cold, and the rooms do not get as warm as you would like either. The toilet was not cleaned daily.

I was in Lorient for my son wedding. I stay there was the best choice The staff were friendly and welcoming, after couple days when I was back to stay again . They still recognized me , I have a lovely stay

The staff at the hotel are very friendly helpful and professional we felt this from the moment we walked through the door to the moment we left which made our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast is very good, with a great coffee machine and as much as you want to eat. We ate in the restaurant twice and also found this very good with good service. The location is great with the train station opposite where you can catch a train to Vannes, Rennes etc without the hassle of driving. Parking is in an underground car park very close to the hotel and at a reasonable price. We stayed 6 nights and this is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in France. Hope to return in the future.
