The menù doesn't have much vegetarian dishes, and this is frustrating for an eco lodge, but the maître d'hôtel came to offer us some off-menu vegetarian options. Adding a symbol for vegetarian and vegan on the menù or a page dadicated with more than a couple of options will make the guest feel more welcome.

We stayed at Namkat Yorla early May in a deluxe double bungalow, the setting was amazing, the end of the room was floor to ceiling glass overlooking the river, the resort was quiet as it was low season and we did a lovely trip on quad bikes to the sky bridges and waterfall. But what made Namkat Yorla stand out was the staff, particularly Ben and Tom. We had to go home earlier than we planned and Tom helped us get train tickets calling a friend as they were sold out online. Ben helped us getting to the station and navigating the taxis, and was so supportive, we can’t thank them enough x

We loved the views, it is paradise on earth. Also de staff was so nice and friendly. If you want to complain that not all of them speak English than you don t have to come to laos. The breakfast was very good and for everybody was something. Dinner was also really nice and not to expensive. The information center is nearby and you can book activities. If you want to complain you always find something. It s true it needs a little bit of maintenance but again don t come to laos then. Keep also in mind that covid destroyed a lot. For us it was a lifetime experience and we will never forget this beautifully place, a big thanks to the staff to make it so easy

Wonderful tranquil, in the middle of nature. The hotel manager made everything we wished for possible and had great tips for us. The bungalow was fantastic and very cosy. The activities offered were very fun and everything was taken care of

The food (lunch and dinner) is unfortunately below average in Laos and quite pricey, which is very unfortunate as there are no alternatives due to the location. Breakfast was however very nice.

This is a beautiful place to stay and relax. From the moment we entered the resort we felt very welcome. The surroundings are stunning and you feel completely relaxed. We view from the room was spectacular with the wall to ceiling glass overlooking the river. The pool, spa and restaurant were great too. Most of all, the staff were friendly and caring.

The foods are quite big. If you order two or three dishes, it will cover three or four people. For me the location is a little bit far but I think the hotel should provide or facilitate the transportation between hotel and train station.

Great location far from city noises and disturbance; very nice combination of nature with comfort, can enjoy nature in every corner of the resort. Great nature park with walks through the mountains (hiking). Lots of attractions for adventure like zip line, water park and river activities. Camping also available. Food is very affordable and tasty, a variety of western and Asian dishes is available.

Stunning location. Very nice spacious and comfortable room. Beautiful view from the restaurant and pool. The hotel garden is amazing. Hikes were beautiful (waterfall and giant trees).

Staffs didn't speak much English so a few misunderstanding on orders and hikes. Would be nice to have a few easier hikes for younger children and elderly.

The location is wonderful, with woods and water all around, as well as a few rice paddies. We had a view of the water from our room and the restaurant. Great place to just relax.

The room was a bit damp. Nights were cool and you couldn't heat, but they have us a second blanket immediately, so all worked out well.

This was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed in. The rooms were beautiful and I felt like I was sleeping in the jungle. The walk up to the falls was fun and exhilarating. The breakfast was delicious from the omelettes, to the chocolate croissants to veggies to the beautiful location while eating. The staff is sweet. The food is reasonable priced for such a nice resort.
