For years, we've journeyed through the Po Valley en route to Tuscany, making brief stops at various places along the way. Out of all those stays, this one stands out as the absolute best. It’s perfectly suited for a multi-day visit—we spent five nights here with our two teenagers and loved every moment. The pool is lovely, the hosts are incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. Plus, the area boasts several great restaurants that made dining out a real treat.

Sanda and her husband are amazing hosts. They went beyond and above to please us :) Relaxing, beautiful place with peace and quiet. yummy Breakfast (continental with many options plus eggs boiled or different options like scrambled or fried- Sanda keep changing everyday :) great swimming pool which was cleaned everyday. Such a polite and warm people made us feel like home. Excellent communication.

it was too short

Breakfast is typical, but Sanda also prepared for us fried egg. Sanda very graciously resolved a misunderstanding which was soley my mistake! Even though she was busy, she spent a long time chatting. I would gladly return to this property.

Lovely large rooms with ensuite, fantastic host who will make breakfast, Italian or otherwise. Nice pool area. The location is rural but there's many interesting places to visit within 30 minutes by car. Especially Mantova, with its great museums.

Due to the rural location there are flies esp. near the pool. Bit annoying but harmless.

Excellent large pool. The pool is sufficiently large for real swim. Friendly host.

A couple of more utensils in the kitchen would have been nice. (Good knife, cutting board, wine glasses, some more cups)
