let me start with the positives : the location of the hotel is very good.It was very close to the bus stop.The staff was extremely friendly and very professional. Value for money was great. i mean its very hard to fine a good hotel at very affordable price.

now the negatives: rooms were clean but the furniture seemed old. The room got alot of noise in the morning during the breakfast time i guess from the other guest mostly who were checking out. Plus the kettle in the room was not working and the hair dryer was also pathetic

The stay was Lovely and the staff was very humble and polite. Room was very clean and up to date. Breakfast was delicious not it was not that crowded. I look forward to stay here again.

Honestly I had a great experience at Grand hotel multan with family. Rooms were clean,cozy and comfortable. Overall staff service was great including Food,Laundry.

Nothing much to not like for a stay under 3000 per night.

We had a very good experience here in this hotel before leaving Pakistan for Romania, our home country. From the very first moment we arrived, two guys helped us carrying the luggage to the room, we also received cold water at arriving which was necessary after a long way from Islamabad to Multan, and the check in was smoothly. The breakfast was super tasty and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, in the center of the city, close to many shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here and we highly recommend it.

The hotel has the best staff I ever seen they are so friendly and welcoming and the reception is also available 24 hours. Also the services were really good and the rooms were very clean. Had comfortable stay and the food was really i ordered chicken chilli dry which was really really good. I highly recommend it.

Even though the location was perfectly fine the only issue I had was that how busy the place was during the afternoon time. Otherwise everything was great

My stay was very nice I had booked myself a queen size room which was very clean and spacious the staff was very king and polite . They were very helpful as well , I would love to mention the FMB manager Hania she was incredible , it really felt like home. The bed was so comfy had a great sleep and the location was just so perfect , located in the center of the city and was near to almost everything in the city. Recommended !

We as a family stayed at the hotel for around 20 days. This was an amazing experience, staff were extremely polite and professional. Cleanliness and hygiene was superb. We must mention the outstanding professionalism and hospitality of (Front Office Manager) and the restaurant staff. Housekeeping services were excellent.
