The hotel room was cleaned to a high standard. We enjoyed the pool facilities and use of complimentary pool towels. The bed in the room was very big and comfortable and the air conditioning was quiet. The location is a bit out of the centre but it is convenient as there is a pharmacy and OXXO shop next door.

Would have preferred to stay closer to the centre of Puebla as it was about 20 minutes by Uber, but we did not find it difficult to get transport.

This was an excellent, one-night stay. Everything about the room was perfect. Staff were very efficient and they let me do an early check in. Although I didn't use it, the bar is cute and has a modern decor.

The breakfast chilaquiles were AWFUL; completely inedible. The pool area is tiny for a hotel of its size, and the hotel is not as close to downtown. However, my experience was largely positive and would stay here again.

The housekeeping staff friendly and attentive, That the Front Desk Manager was very helpful when I have to extend my staid for extra week.

Breakfast was ok, after several days being here is the same food, chilaquiles, frijoles, maybe some variety will be good, Also all the time I was here more than two weeks, they did not have cranberry juice. Some what disappointed but ok. I'm a Food & Beverage Manager at Private Club in San Francisco Ca, but I always tried to please my guest mostly when there for more than a week, perhaps more communication with the staff,

The room service was very good

The last night of our stay the room next to us was very loud very late at night and the hotel didn’t do anything to quiet them down.

We spent a couple of nights. The hotel is around 10mins away from Centro. The staff are nice, check-in and check-out was smooth, our room was clean with super comfortable beds, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety.

It located at Puebla city, as such not happening place around, but good to commute for transportation. Breakfast is good, service is good.

Breakfast and the evening time to spend on Bar counter

The location is perfect for us. We like the peacefulness one encounters once you are inside. We liked the friendliness of the restaurant staff. The food could use some vegetarian choices and a more intercontinental cusine.

The Bar is another thing. The bar tender could use some training in making drinks. Hers' were way too sweet and poorly prepared. Also, we requested artesanal beer and told us that 'we ran out of it." She offered Mexican beer which is not bad per say, but a hotel of this quality, should never run out of anything in their menu. It seemed she wanted us to have the mixed drinks which were by far more expensive than the artesanal beer. What was strange is that when other guests arrived and requested artesanal beer, they got it!...When I asked the lady bar tender why she had told us that they ran out of the beer, she said " I did not see it. Sorry." The beer, the other guests told us, was right at the door of the fridge. Not good service at the bar, and it was quite expensive.

The staff were super friendly and very accommodating organising taxis for us. The bedrooms very clean and comfortable, and the reception area with bar and restaurant was also a nice place to relax.

We picked the hotel for its terrace / pool but it was closed while we were there.

The room was super clean, the staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is delicious, everyone was super professional and kind. We traveled with a baby and they prepared a crib for her and they were so accommodating to our needs. The beds and pillows are great!
