Appreciated all the staff, and their willingness to assist especially foreigners ito of payment for laundry, calling taxi services, always came back with an answer for any queries whether restaurants, best routes etc. Thank you to Rose at the reception that helped us out in our time of need. None. However to make it even better, suggest to all visitors the convenience of acquiring an Octopus card (which can be topped up so easily) as most of our credit cards do not work on 'everyday, daily activities' e.g train fairs and payments for laundry

My room sit in front of the sea was amazing! I never have had a feel that I would love to spending more time in the hotel. It was enjoyable to sit next to window and relax. The room was very clean as well. The swimming pool, gym rooms and sauna were fit for me. There was even an outdoor fitness place. So nice swimming pool on the roof. If you are a person who likes fitness, you will definitely love it . The location is also very convenient. No matter if you want to take an Uber or taxi, or MTR. It just locates next to Nam Cheong station with 5 minutes walk. Nam Cheong station is also close to HK Island/ Kowloon and even parts of NT. I had one room apartment with sea view, the price was definitely reasonable.

Great amenities - gym, sauna, rooftop outdoor lounge. Close to Nam Cheong station and all the attractions of Kowloon like M+, TST, etc. They're trying to develop a community within the aparthotel with free social events - they just need the numbers of people to get there. This was just a great little bit of affordable luxury in HK.

Not a lot of food options in the vicinity but you can get on the Tung Chung line easily and there's a small corner shop in the building and a grocery store and Circle K nearby. They don't provide any dishwashing supplies to hotel guests even though there is a kitchenette, which seems like a bit of a cheap thing to do to improve the experience for those guests who are staying for longer.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room is as the same as picture which is modern and comfy. Great sharing space like kitchen, gym, swimming pool, pet area etc. Also, the view is stunning at these sharing areas which you must visit if you stay. And a 24hrs convenience store at ground floor and there's many vending machines in hotel. Everything is great and we did have a amazing experience here.

Brand new place, decent room size for Hong Kong standards. Very clean, although I found some dusty spots in hidden areas. Wifi is very fast. Harbor view rooms have awesome views, especially from higher floors. Bed is great. Cable TV channels mostly Chinese, some in English. Many channels had coverage of Olympic games. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

There is a shared kitchen, but you have to bring your own pot to be able to cook something. Inside the room there is only water boiler and microwave. It's confusing how you have to use their app for check in and there they pre authorize your payment. So to me it felt like I'm paying for the room two times. And you get bombarded by emails every day for reminders about the stay in the hotel.

Spacious and convenient accommodations for our family of 4 (so hard to find in HK!). We booked a 2 bedroom suite and it was so convenient to have an eating area, couch, and small kitchenette. We had a washer/dryer combo in our suite that worked great, but for those in studio rooms, there's a nice laundry room on each floor of the hotel. My favorite thing about our apartment suite, though, were the stunning harbor views from our floor to ceiling living room and bedroom windows! There is also nicely stocked supermarket and convenience store 3-4 min walk away, and in the same complex as the hotel, a Watsons, Milk Cafe (friendly staff and delicious food!), Cafe Fairwood, and other restaurants and bars. There is a lovely promenade by the base of the hotel to walk along. And Nam Cheong subway station stop is a 6-7 min walk away, where there is a complete shopping center connected to that station!
