Staff helpful and friendly to both people and pet. Personal key-safes by entrance for late arrivals. Larger than expected family accommodation. Best described as 2 roomed flat with well equipped kitchen and living room with soft seating and proper dining table, 2 TVs - one in living room and one in main bedroom. Tiled floors throughout. Big bathroom. New and modern. View over main road to fields beyond and big carpark on side of house. Temporary parking near front door to unload and big carpark to side easily accommodating a lot of cars/camper vans. We travelled with dog and could walk on property and small sideroads along fields into short one-way path through small forest to get business done. Nice breakfast selection, with good bread, fresh egg and coffee and milk alternatives for people with intolerances. Restaurant in circular room with buffet, looks suitable for as venue for family party. Dog was allowed by table in restaurant in the morning, so we didn't have to eat in shifts, which was very nice!

Dog stay and breakfast was not included in booking. Would be nice to have the option at time of booking. Dog stay a bit more expensive than experienced elsewhere, but well catered for. A bit out in the sticks, a car is required to get to and fro. Main road not for pedestrians and with fast travelling cars. Not pure cotton bedding and large and unshapely synthetic pillows.

Nice quiet location. Owner was superb. He couldn't do enough to help us. Even gave us a lift to the euro game we were attending and picked us up. Nice mini bar and a nice breakfast with eggs served from chicken farm on site

Nothing all was great

Accommodation was spacious, host was excellent, breakfast was excellent.

Only criticism was a few more coffee satchets in the room would be better

Large room, clean, good breakfast, friendly staff,

I like to sleep with open window. Highly unpleasant when you’ve a room on front side. The road along the facility is very busy, including heavy traffic, also at night. However, if the window is closed there’s no problem (very good noise isolation).
