This motel is located in a place that feels straight out of an old Texas movie — a charming, old-town vibe. From the outside, it looks like a typical roadside motel, but the inside completely blew me away. I’ve stayed in some of the best hotels, including 7-star ones in Dubai, this one comes close to the level of cleanliness I found here. I’m not sure if the place is brand new, but it was absolutely spotless. And the amenities? Unexpectedly top-notch. Where else in the world do you find a motel offering high-quality shower gel, shampoo, and other essentials you'd expect at a luxury resort? It also had a good mini-fridge, microwave, TV, and an incredibly comfortable bed. The owner lives on-site and seems to personally manage the place. From the way it’s maintained, you can tell he’s a well-educated guy who probably left a corporate job to run something of his own — and he's doing it right. Normally, I walk on tiptoes in motels because I have OCD about cleanliness, but this one truly felt like home.

It might be a good idea to avoid using an ionizer in the room, as it's not safe to inhale and can be quite overwhelming — my friend had to leave his door open for half an hour just to air out the smell. Also, there was no iron or ironing board available in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. We may have had to request one from the front desk.

Convenient location

I was in a corner unit next to the alley and service vehicles drove it in the morning. Could have been more relaxing if I had been in a court yard room but apparently those were not kings. The less expensive units were on the perimeter of the street and alley. Small town, not much traffic so not huge deal. No outside chairs except at the office. Otherwise comfortable.

comfortable bed, clean rooms, quiet and very relaxing. enjoyed my stay and if im ever in the area again that's where I'll stay. If your looking for a quiet comfortable well managed place to stay. then Annie Oakley Hotel should be at the top of the list

not anything to not like but if there was a continental breakfast available. then you would have everything anyone would like while away from home. I actually felt that I should have been charged more

Fabulous value - will stay again. Clean room, 100% cotton sheets!, fridge with freezer that can fit ice cream, powerful small microwave, and good a/c that has been well maintained (I can sniff out any hint of mold). Little street noise, and I enjoyed hearing the freight train at night. Perfect location for trip on backroads from southern Colorado across to Missouri.

Only downside for me was the soft mattress.

I have stayed here before. The rooms are clean, the bedding is clean. The property is clean. I like that it was in town and not off the highway where all you see is traffic. I never worry about anyone stealing when they clean the rooms.

The carpet in the rooms seemed a little old, but clean. It wasn't smelly. and the coffee pouches are small, we bought our own coffee for the room.

It was clean, neat and quiet. Good Food is nearby, it is a pleasant town to walk. The little motel is well done and inviting. Clean and well stocked rooms.

The rain that was falling as we checked out and left on motorcycles. The motel had nothing to do with the rain coming in. 5000+ miles later I am home.

The property was so clean and comfortable! Check in was super easy and the gentleman at the front desk was polite, friendly and efficient. This little gem is located in the middle of a very quaint town. We walked to the local watering hole, Buffalo's Bills Bar and grill, and met several locals who were happy to advise us of points of interest. The beer was cold and the atmosphere was warm!

This isn't something that I actually disliked, but others may...this is a small motel with no frills. If you want something fancy this is not your place.

The rude people that didn't supervise their children at11:45 at night. The staff addressed this nicely

We had a family room and it was perfect! The A/C was cold and the room was very clean and comfy.

My only negative comment would be the room we had was facing their marquee light and the shades were very thin so, it was like daylight all night in the room!
