the location. quiet and spacius rooms, white and clean bed linnen, ammenties in the room. plentiful hot water in the bathroom. Generous choices in the breakfast with good quality fruit.

the breakfast was generous, however in general the food was very average in the quality of preparation. The south indian items were not well made.

A bit overpriced. I paid inr 4500 approx for one night stay, and, breakfast was not included in the room rate, although, booking.com had confirmed breakfast in the confirmation. Hotel advised me that booking.com had issued the wrong hotel voucher stating that the room was booked on a room only plan.

I was impressed by the positive and friendly attitude of the staff at the reception, especially Ms.Rizwana and Mr.Mithun. The housekeeping associate Mr.Akhilesh was prompt and gracious. The rooms were spacious, well lit and comfortable.

The breakfast service staff need to be more proactive and need to be quick to clean up tables. The quality of some of the breakfast items could be vastly improved.

Food was very good , location also prominent. It's a well known old property part of which are newly built. Spaceous rooms . Ac takes a little long time to work other than that everything was smooth.

everything at hotel is all are upto the mark i am travelling all over world since so many years , but very few hotels were there in which we did not have to complaint anything , this hotel is one from that.

Exceptional staff at reception desk, particularly Rizwana and Payal.

However restaurant night staff needs to be retrained. They should listen to what is ordered and not try to guess.

Nice breakfast, a large room, friendly staff.

The view was for a market so it was quite loud and noisy. Was struggling with the hot water in shower as it was boiled and no cold water to mix.
