The location is terrific. Easy to walk around interesting part of the city. Parking was easy.

There was a slight misunderstanding. I reserved a room with a « terrace and city view ». The trip was for my spouse’s birthday and I was picturing us sitting with a glass of wine on our « terrace ». Terrace in fact meant a large extra room carpetted with astro-turf filled by a giant marble bathtub. No doubt also lots of fun but not practical - it would take hours to fill. There was only one chair to sit on. So a bit disappointing. And the AC was a huge unit right over the bed - too cold to have on and no air circulating if it was off. So « Design » hotel looked good but is not so practical.

It is a very comfortable and clean hotel with spacious rooms and a very good location in the middle of the most lively part of the city and main shopping area with lots of restaurants. Even though we didn’t hear any noise from the street at all. It’s also near main tourist sights. There is also a nice running trail along the nearby river canal.

The staff could be a little more versed in English, but it was manageable and they compensated with their kindness :)

The staff were helpful, polite, following up on requests. Large rooms, large bathrooms, quiet hotel. Nice design throughout the entire place. I even liked the bar, though it was completely empty, bar us - pun intended. Once outside, you are right in the middle of a lively area, shopping, food, culture, all right there.

It’s starting to show signs of wear and tear, but only just. Also, but that’s simply part and parcel of the city layout-out, since it is close to the Asia Culture Complex and the Sajik Park area, it is a schlepp to the other side of town, Museum of History etc…

Breakfast was very good, a bit more diversity over the week would have been nice

The AC was good, although I found it difficult to get the temperature setting correct for me, maybe just the language problem I had.

The location is fantastic, with lots of food and shops right beside the hotel. Walking to the subway is like 5 minutes away. Water pressure and temperature are stable and constant.

The 2 given pillows (1 big and 1 small) are hard and not comfortable. The quilt is also too small in size.

the room has LG Steam Closet!! hotel right in the shopping area. Very convenient ！ also one of my friend forgot something the hotel staff are help and patient to delivery for her.

if ok i would like to suggest may have the curtain on the entrance of bathroom. because the door is transparent. during in hotel we use the towel to cover.

The perfect place to stay in Gwangju. In the heart of downtown and so close to the subway and bus stops. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. It is the only place I would stay when visiting Gwangju.

Big room, clean and friendly staff, limited choices if you are foreigner in the breakfast but you can find something to eat. The location is great as many shops and restaurants arounds.

The pillow is hard and uncomfortable, so I suggest they provide soft pillow. It is better to stay in higher floor as away from noise and damp smiling. It is difficult to understand the technology in the room as everything is written in Korean language.

Good location: close to the Asian Cultural Center, many local restaurants, metro stations and bus stops .

No laundry service and no place for guests to do laundry themselves.

Comfortable attractive hotel in a great location in Gwangju. Bed comfy. We had breakfast2 out of 3 mornings which was reasonable price and provided extensive choice.
