A perfectly decent breakfast that suited our whole group. I also liked the sauna in the room, which was pleasant to use. I enjoyed the location as well, with the lake and hiking trails right next to the house.

The spa could stay open longer. Unfortunately, 30 minutes before the spa closed, we also had to leave the pool. Even though washing and getting dressed would have only taken about 5 minutes, since my room was right nearby.

The cleanliness was superb, the staff cleans the rooms daily. The food from buffet was great, but a la carte doesn't offer much choice so I'd recommend eating from the buffet. The bar had nice offer of drinks, the "pub" not so much.

Not sure if it's because we came in out of season time, but the small pool with the waterfall(?) wasn't working due to construction works. Wish there was a notification on the website

Breakfast and meal buffet options are rather limited, but that's understandable for a small hotel in the middle of nature.

The front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating of our needs. While the hotel is dated, the location was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms and bed linens were very clean as well.

The pool (the reason we booked the stay) was closed Sunday from 1600 until Monday at 1400 and so we were unable to use it. While our son was very upset that the pools were closed, the front desk was wonderful and upgraded us to a room with a sauna. The management was also accommodating and compensated us for the inconvenience and was also open to the suggestion of posting pool hours on the website.

We liked everything in this hotel. Staff was very friendly and it was a nice surprise that we were told about the opportunity to use the spa even after check out. I recommend the beautiful walk around the small lake.

breakfast is good, but quite basic. Perhaps further enhancement in sauna/spa like better light in sauna, even rooms in accordance with artic lights

Unfortunately, we were staying on a Sunday so all the pool and sauna closed before we arrived. It was shoulder season so I imagine hours were reduced but we were sad to miss out.

I request special arrangements but even they didn’t reply me whether it is doable or not. SPA and Jacuzzi weren’t available
