The food was good. Well cooked and when i just wanted soup it was delicious. Staff were excellent and very kind

We had stayed in this hotel 3 year ago in little lodges. So thought we knew what to expect.it was good that time. For 2 days in a poor room with no light in the small shower/toilet. When the power was off the noisy generator was just outside our room. Not good as sometimes no generator so no power. We asked to be moved as could not even see to see to wash. The hotel responded and made arrangements and then much better. Everything worked. Yes they put it right and were responsive but considering the costs the first room was just not good enough.

The staff are friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean and the setting among the trees is lovely. Breakfast was good and the restaurant food is also good.

The hotel is not worth the rate paid (though hotels in Arua are overpriced), it is a little run-down, the bar was not well stocked and loud music is played on weekends. The check-out process was most frustrating - not the receptionist's fault - he was trying his best but it seems a booking agent handles the bookings and payments and there is no communication with reception staff.
