Situated right in the heart of Örnsköldsvik, the Sure Hotel offers a great base for some local sightseeing. The harbor is just a few short minutes walk away, and yet I had no trouble securely storing my motorbike thanks to their private parking garage. My room was clean and well-equipped, as was the fairly basic but functional bathroom. Breakfast offered a reasonably good selection, and the staff around the hotel were very friendly and all spoke excellent English. This would be a perfect location from which to explore the beautiful High Coast area.

Since the hotel is right in the city centre, there was some noise from people outside when the windows were open. The plastic soap-dispensers and flimsy toilet-paper felt a tad out of place, and cheapened the feel of the hotel.

The hotel is centrally located within easy walking distance of the harbour, shops, etc. The staff are very helpful. The is a good sized balcony on the 2nd floor where you can sit and relax. There is a garage where motorcycles get to park for free. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was adequate and the shower good. Breakfast was fine with the usual choices of food, hot and cold.

The coffee isn’t that great.

Staff in the reception was amazing and welcoming. Breakfast even though served in a small area was very tasteful.

The outdoor area looked better on the photos. Perhaps add something that would give some shade. It was really warm when I stayed there.

The room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was good but a bit tight with the space. Location is very central.

We were there on a Friday night so because of the location a lot of people was out having drinks and we could hear them even with windows closed.

It’s a bit old and the walls are thin, but it compensates with great staff. Good option for a one/two nights stay

The hotel could need a bit of an update, but the staff is really nice and make you feel at home. They even made me a breakfast bag (Thanks Clara!) The lcoation is perfect, close to the center, and to the station

From arrival to departure, we were treated excellently. We arrived a bit late. Everything was closed, yet the girl at reception still organised some food for us. Thank you so much.
