Nice hotel with friendly staff and a very good restaurant with Italian food.

The road is close and might be a bit noisy but not much traffic.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel is good and cosy. At Breakfast there was a good variety of food.

Nice and cosy hotel and restaurant. The food was great. We arrived at 8 and could order no problem. The welcome and registration was very quick, and also when you leave you just drop the key by the desk. The breakfast was nice and included seasonal fresh fruits. The location is good: although it looks a bit out in the countryside, there is a world heritage prehistoric site and natural reserve within 15 minutes drive, together worth a half day or full day on the spot if you enjoy those. Bad Schussenried Humboldt language school is also 15 min away, so this could be of interest to more people.

Some small and easy improvements are needed on communication to make it really good: # The kitchen closes at 10 and they won't serve a coffee or dessert after that. They didn't check if their seated diners were expecting anything else when the time came: most guests were unaware somehow, included me, and that's not a great surprise when you cannot do anything about it anymore: A warning call next time, please, would solve this easily. #2 The lady seemed busy with something to worry about, and didn't really return our goodbye greetings, it's a pity for the last impression. Hopefully also somehting they will fix easily in their routine with next customers.

value for money: bit on the expensive side.
