Rooms in this hotel are very cozy, with comfortable beds, noise free, and amazing view of the volcanos. Pool is bigger than expected with warm water, so you can enjoy a swimming time even if it’s cold outside. Breakfast is delicious and the location is perfect to reach different malls around Angelopolis. I also would like to point out that this hotel offers special rooms for people with disabilities which is very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel! We’ll come back :)

Just a minor detail, our safe box was not working and couldn’t be repaired during our stay. Since policies at hotels specify that they are not responsible for lost items unless they’re on the safe, this might be unfortunate if something valuable is stolen. However, we felt safe during all our stay and they took care of our luggage when we checked out early.

Pool was nice and warm , Not too many are indoors A nice bonus in the winter months. Breakfast was free, great coffee with available fruit cereal and eggs. Breakfast staff were very friendly.

Check in staff at reception were nice, but not the security and or parking attendants we then had to wait over 5 mins till someone turned up to open car park barrier . Safe in room was not left open so we couldn't use it and no Iron just ironing board. .

The ac wasn’t very strong. The decor is a little outdated. The area is nice but you will need a car or taxi to get around. That part of the city is not designed with pedestrians in mind. The breakfast had no protein items. Just breads, potato’s, cereal, and tortillas. Lots of the guests were upset. Ended up eating breakfast elsewhere.

They let prostitutes into the building , knocking on peoples doors in early hours of the morning, I requested a room change and it took them 2 days to get around to it.ñ , as I felt unsafe.

The staff are fantastic. I would lilke to especially mention Wendolyn, Zam and Fernanda. Wendolyn always meet us with a happy, smiling face, answered all our questions and provided a lot of information about Mexico. Many thanks for a great stay.

We got a King Suite, the view was excellent. The couches were very uncomfortable and old. The bed was really good and pillows too. The buffet was good.

The elevator was next to the room. You could hear it all night. The lobby likes to play music at night, and you can hear it thru the vents. It didn't bother us at all. The gym is small, everything was broken and it was too hot to work out.

The price/performance value is very good. Each day a good Mexican breakfast buffet. Comfortable beds. Family rooms with extra space, extra TV and sofa. Big shopping mall close to the hotel.

We had an issue with the bathroom, every time you took a bath the water started to come out from a little space. The staff took care of it but it persisted.

The only two things I disliked was that the keys would deactivate causing us to go back to the lobby & have them reactivated. Also, the two separate elevators were a slight inconvenience, since my sibling is disabled.

I loved the living room, oven and refrigerator spaces, very functional.
