The service/staff was amazing. Super natural.. they make you feel at home but still excellent service. A place that we are definitely are going to visit again! Because of a special occasion I asked for a special table; they made up a table with candles, roses, decoration.. so nice. hotel seems a bit stuck in the 80s where climate change was no reality. lots of meat and little options for vegetarians. uncontrollable room heating. hotel should take more responsibility on that point.

This is the most gorgeous setting of all the hotels during my month long Europe vacation! The hotel is decorated perfectly for the beautiful mountain setting. The dinners and breakfasts were amazing, so glad we included them in our stay. It was nice after a day of hiking to know we didn't have to look for a place for dinner - our hotel had probably the best option around for miles! The staff was extremely helpful for hiking and adventure suggestions also.

On a beautiful lake with gorgeous views of mountains. There are walking paths around the lake. Gorgeous sunsets during our evening strolls.

This hotel is not near a bigger city, if someone is looking for that.

I was here on a long weekend for the birthday of my girlfriend. The hotel has a lovely view on the mountains and the lake - in our case, in January, the lake was frozen and we could take a walk on it. It was so an amazing experience!- We had a lovely room with a welcome gift also for our dog. The SPA is very relaxing and comfortable: there is an in-door and out-door pool, many saunas, possibility of massages and more. We could take lovely walks thanks to the fantastic location. We will never forget this experience. The breakfast is also amazing. .

We had a bit of difficult nights due to the heating system that you can´t control - so it´s basically too hot so if you need to cool down the room you need to open the window which is not very ecological

Loved the pool area especially and that that it is right on the lake’s edge. Also lovely room, dog friendly and great food.
