Nice position at Piazza Marina in the not too busy Western part of Jesolo only about 200m from the beach. Great restaurants, bars and food shops in walking distance. Super nice welcome by the receptionist who showed us the room and offered a welcome drink at the pool. A covered parking lot in the garage was provided for our motorcycles free of charge. The room was apartment style with a well equipped kitchen & living room, including a sofa bed, and a balcony. The bedroom had a small balcony and an adjacent bathroom with shower. We found everything very clean, tidy and comfortable. Daily room service was provided, too. The morning started with an extremely friendly welcome by the breakfast team that served us cappuccino and brioches, but European style breakfast as well as cake and fruits were also offered. Everything was just great and “Il Teatro” made our stay the best ever at Jesolo. We’ll surely return.

Nothing to complain about.

The location is excellent and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is great with a bunch of different sweets and fresh fruits and delicious coffee. The room is spotlessly clean. The balcony is big and you have a rack where you can dry your clothes. The kitchenette is a great option when traveling with a young child.

The dishwasher is pretty outdated, also the double room was not equipped with a microwave, still when we asked for it they immediately brought one. The street gets noisy during the night, a better sound isolation would be appreciated.

We highly recommend this hotel. The room was spacious and spotless, providing a comfortable stay. The heated rooftop pool with a stunning sea view was a highlight of our visit. Breakfasts were delicious, featuring great coffee from the espresso machine, and were available until 11 AM, allowing for leisurely mornings. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, promenade, and water park. Additional perks included sunbeds and a parasol on the beach, all included in the price, as well as the option to rent bikes.

Everything was fine in the hotel. We stayed in the apartment with our three children and it was a great choice.. Staff, cleanliness, location, beach with sun beds and umbrella, beach towels, free parking 50m from the hotel. Good breakfast, everyone can find something for oneself.And the most important thing is that you can walk to the Caribe bay you don't need to move car from the parking. A perfect 10...

Amazing breakfast. Good quality products and absolutely delicious.

Noisy in the evening because there is a bar in front of the building with live music. The air conditioning is old and noisy, difficult to sleep if it is on. Also very often turn off without a reason.

Great location and facilities. Very open and helpful staff. Very clean and cozy rooms. Extremely convenient with small baby - e.g. accessibility for stroller, in-room kitchenette, etc. Great open balcony (our son loved playing there). Breakfast is delicious with great variety. Reception staff is always there to help.

Hotel is located on a very crowded tourist pedestrian street and our windows faced it, so on a weekend nights it was very noisy to sleep for our baby. We found a spider web and small spider under one of the nightstands that was missed by cleaning. Breakfast starts 7:30 that is ok for regular guests, but with small baby that wakes up at ~6 it could be inconvenient.

We have been a couple of times in Lido Di Jesolo but this hotel was the best. It was very clean, breakfast was rich - including vegetables. Nespresso coffee machine in the apartment and 3 pods were left daily by the cleaning ladies. Beach towels in a bag were provided. The swimming pool from the roof, being heated, even is not very big it was great on the windy day when we couldn't stay on the other pool. During the day you can buy drinks from the bar while staying at the swimming pool. Location is great....very close to the beach. Staff was very friendly, especially receptionist Raluca who was very helpful. The restaurant Îl treatro, next to the hotel is great, the food is amazing and we had 10 percentage of with the card from the hotel. Definitely a 4* hotel not 3*.

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel and we will certainly do so in the future. The staff is very friendly, I would especially like to highlight the girl from the reception Raluca, who is always ready to help you and give you great information about restaurants, places to go out and places to visit, and so for the last 2 years she has been helping us to spend time in Lido de Jesolo we spend the best possible time. The hotel itself is extremely clean, in a great location, only 100m from the beach. In the morning, an extremely varied and delicious breakfast is served. The hotel has plenty of parking spaces.

Like: It was a cozy hotel with a great heated rooftop swimming pool - perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was really good, with a nice variety of options, and the staff were very nice and friendly, always happy to help. Dislike: The sofa bed made a lot of noise, which made it hard to sleep.

Our first family stay with a seven month old baby exceeded our expectations. We had a smaller room with a kitchenette and balcony, and there was a fridge, dishwasher and dishes in the room. Towels and cleaning were changed every day. We had our own umbrella on the beach including beach towels. Free parking spot nearby. The hotel has two pools, the rooftop one was heated in May. It's a really short walk to the beach. The staff is friendly, prompt and everything was pleasant. The hotel is right on the road with many bars, restaurants and shops.

In the evening there was a lot of noise in the area, loud music, honking, shouting... So if you're traveling with a baby, I would keep that in mind.
