The shower needs a glass to stop the water from plashing all over the place,the pool was foggy green but still wasn't bad. And after hearing about what happened to Markenson who i fallow closely on Facebook and YouTube and then to have my ear buds stolen out my room the following day after he released the video of the incident was disheartening

The customer service and food was excellent!! This was our second time staying at Satama over the past year and it was another fantastic stay. The customer service is still top notch!! Whenever we are in Cap Haitien, we will definitely be staying at Satama. The staff was amazing as usual! Wanito made sure we got checked into our rooms in a timely manner and made sure we remained comfortable during our stay. The service from the waiters was phenomenal! Uris and Ude provided excellent service and took our dining experience to another level!! We really appreciate the service provided by the staff!!

Breakfast was great! We enjoyed our stay there. The customer service was superb! Hugue and entire staff was very courteous and professional! I highly recommend this hotel!!

Food was great but needed a little bit more items on the menu. Taxis were a bit expensive for such short trips down the street. Other than that, everything was great! Beautiful island and beautiful people!!

I came to find out The receptionist didn’t really answer most of my questions but I guess they answered them to the best of their knowledge, if they don’t know they need to say they are not sure but will go find someone who knows more.

This is an excellent hotel by any standard. The view alone makes it worth it! It is breathtaking, and the best in the city. The staff is welcoming and professional, and work hard to keep everything sparkling clean. The free breakfast is delicious, as is the food in the restaurant. The road is not dangerous as some other reviews have claimed; it is a two minute drive up a wide, paved road, most of which is walled off on both sides. No issue there. The no AC during the day also isn’t too bad given that there is a ceiling fan which mostly keeps the room cool. This was as good a hotel experience as I’ve had anywhere. Highly recommended!

I liked the view from the hotel. The staff are friendly and very accommodating to the needs. Very clean .I would like to especially thank the manager. , she really helped my family manage a situation we faced..

customer service, it wasn’t bad it was a bit slow. overall we had a pleasant experience at the hotel!

The only complaint that I have is fixing the road; The place is on top of the mountain, if you don’t maintain the road; it is going to be a disaster one day. I love the location, but make the road at least more reliable.
