I stayed here for 2 nights and it was great. The staff were very helpful, the breakast was great, maybe a little more choice, and the bed was so comfy. I didn't use much of the facilities as i was out most of the day but the hotel did what i wanted from it. A big thank you to Ian who i belived to a manager who made sure my stay was a good one ,so thank you to SURE STAY, i will be coming back to Thailand and this is a place i would like to return to as i know it was a great place to chill and relax.Thank you.

Maybe more choice for breakfast or maybe a mix and match of some of the meals available but to be honest i didn't go hungry!!

it’s a large multi tower apartment building, part of a large gated complex of apartments and housing. The hotel is effectively uses a number of floors in the large tower as the hotel part. rooms are really part furnished duplex studio apartments - so there is a part completed kitchenette (no oven or burner) that has a fridge (of sorts) and a sink, kettle, but no cutlery/plates etc. if you are short stay, then you’ll use restaurant for brekkie and then either the same place in the evening or more likely other places when out and about. it’s located at a strange junction which means it’s impractical to walk places - unless adventurous like me - so taxi world. when using taxis they will have to approach the hotel twice - not a scam, it’s because you need to come off the main road and onto side road, which can’t be done until you pass hotel the first time… a new BTS will shortly be finished close by (2023) so this will make getting into central Bangkok a doddle. as it is, you have huge shopping and entertainment complex (fashion island) 5 mins in taxi (I walk in 12, but have to cross busy road and it’s very warm!). restaurant in the hotel was surprisingly good, though beer is v pricey compared to what you’d pay at local night market. Very large night market about 12-20mins taxi away (depends upon traffic) - Liab Duan - very much a place that locals use. there are a smattering of rough and ready cafes selling what my wife says is good authentic food, at very cheap prices.

fridge did everything but chill.. air conditioner did a better job so didn’t make a fuss!

Nice functional place. Room was spacious.

Although the place is clean, for some strange reason, every time we lifted up the toilet seat, it smelt of urine. This happened despite the fact that we always pressed and held long on the toilet flush button. Sometimes we even flushed twice. Also, hotel could have provided more toilet rolls instead of asking residents to collect one per day. It is really inconvenient, especially since we had 4 people in our apartment.

We loved everything about this place. It's comfortable and so spacious. 2 AC's make sure the place gets cold and a big fridge too. Bathroom is modern and clean. The place smells nice and you can easily purchase beverages and water from reception, almost close to regular price. The staff are also friendly here to. We had a great stay here!

You need your key card to active power in the room, so every time you leave and come back, it's hot in there. Also the location is hard to walk from, you have to go underneath a bridge to get to the other side of the road, and that detour takes about 10 minutes of walking. There is no light in the kitchen which is obviously annoying.

The room was clean and spacious with all the basic facilities. There were two air-conditioners considering the size of the room. The location of the hotel is close to the airport and far from the city center. The nearest convenience store is 15 mins walk away.

There was no mirror in the living room. The only mirror in the lower floor was in the bathroom.

The restaurant staff and chefs in the rosemary downstairs, were absolutely delightful! Really enjoyed our stay and added an extra night at reception. Great value for money, couple of minutes walk to 7eleven. All staff great, room huge for a family, kitchenette on the balcony with washing machine was good. Fine yourself a good taxi driver. Our airport pick up became our personal driver for all trips and was fantastic.

Super friendly personnel, and a good restaurant/café on the ground floor. Clean and comfortable overall, and good value for money if being close to the city center doesn’t matter to you. Big mall ~1km away from the hotel.

The location makes it not an airport hotel and not a city center hotel either. Just be aware it’ll take you around 25 mins from Suvarnabhumi airport to the hotel, and over an hour to get to the city center with taxi because of traffic. The fitness room they claim to have is also just two treadmills, a bike and a few free weights that only go up to 22KG. Otherwise everything was clean though!

Perfect for 1 night. We planned to visit chocoville that night and the water park the next day while waiting for a flight so it was perfectly located for those 2 reasons. We had a lovely large room by the pool on 2 floors which was perfect with kids. Great freshly made to order breakfast and helpful staff.

We liked the friendly and courteous receptionist. All were great. Our room was super comfortable too. Bus stand and metro are at a walkable distance. 7/11 just few steps away.

The only drawback is the location, pretty far from the city centre. But very close to safari. As we were 3 (kid included), the metro cost as much as the cab.

The venue is close to the competition venue and it has most of basic facilities available.

Some.rooms have washing machine and microwave. Others don't. For the type of stay which is for competition really require a basic facilities of washing machines and microwave since we have mo time to go out to eat.
