This was our 10th time at Pipa but our first stay here. It was absolutely marvelous. The rooms are big and well equipped. Big pro is the outside veranda, next to the well maintained garden and pool. Quiet but short distance to the main street. Friendly service; for 8 reais they bring a 20 liter container with drinking water 👌

Lovely place. Clean, safe and comfortable. Very well run. Pool was great as was BBQ area which can be reserved for sole use on a nightly basis. Slightly out of the main drag which is a very good thing

Really beautiful garden. Such a stunning place to to relax away from the busy town of Pipa. About a 10 minute walk from the centre of town and any shops/restaurants. Apartment had a kitchen, washing line for drying clothes and a nice hammock.

The location is very central, which is good, but that comes with noise from the neighborhood.

I really liked the pool area and the lovely staff. The place is perfect if you want a quiet place without any parties etc. Also the location is very good - close to the city center, shops and the bus stop. The room had everything we needed for our stay :)

We cannot fault Flor da Mata. From communication, staff friendliness, cleanliness and size of apartment, grounds and pool all exceptional. We would definitely come back and would highly recommend to others. Super!

beautiful concept inside the flat and around the pool. very inspiring. - it would be better if this property to “adult only”

1) Noise is sensitive there, you hear a all conversation around the pool, it worst when families with children are coming together and you hear children screaming. 2) Wi-Fi was 70% effective often disconnected and slow upload.

The ambience, well maintained property, clean, rooms... Nothing to complain about except being a little bit to easy to hear the neighbours. Supermarket and bus stop to Madeira right next to the hotel which was very practical.

As mentioned above. A little bit too loud. Room was facing the pool area so easy to hear conversations outside, or people walking by. Which also meant we, a bit timid, tried staying silent inside, which can be difficult when bringing a girlfriend... :P

the service of the staff was excellent and the place was kept very clean and well maintaint. We had lots of privacy in our condo

the pool was great but missing sunbeds. the neighbours (from outside of the hotel) were too noisy early in the morning or late at night. thankfully the staff ws helpful.

The pool, the location, the peace and tranquility and the staff. It's close enough to the restaurants and bars that are buzzing in Pipa Beach, but far enough away for the noise not to be heard.
