There are many good people working there. The location is good. The security is good.

Some of the front desk staff need more training on how to speak to customers. They seem to have little knowledge about what they are allowed to do. Please take down the covid signage. Please file a sound complaint against the neighborhood housing behind the Marand to control the noise from karaoke. Stop contract workers from smoking inside near the rooms. I was glad to see that repairs and new paint were keeping the place looking nice. We enjoy staying there.

. Though i 4got to make an earlier request 4 a room that is nearer to the entrance n exit, so far so good

Have to walk 4 more or less 10min from hotel entrance to reach my room

Food! Breakfast menu states fried rice but they served boiled rice. Disappointing

Breakfast was good..staff was super accommodating, helpful and very friendly. Did our best to make the stay a good one.. Jnco bar and KTV was a blast.

So the property advertised beach access like you can walk right to the beach. The truth is they have a second resort about a 1/2 mile a way by trike or car that lt allows pass through access with a wrist band. You can't even sit at a table there, you have to purchase use from a loval vendor on the beach. also, the main resort and spa allows open access to the resort pool and table areas for fee based for families, so basically the pool is jammed packed all day with non resort staying families starting at 7 am with screaming kids and full tables so no where for resort guests to stay. This was also not advertised in the booking site. Had we known we would have booked at the beach resort which seemed more like what was advertised.

Conveniently located hotel for a one-night stay during a road trip to North Luzon. Pool and bar facilities available on-site. Helpful staff and good size rooms.

Dining options at the hotel restaurant were rather limited. Not many walking-distance restaurants available nearby (the hotel is located by a main road with only chain restaurants available). Need to pay a hotel fee if bringing food or drinks from outside the hotel.

Staffs were not friendly and courteous. Doesn't have ample parking. Amenities were not functioning.
