Absolutely beautiful and definitely five star treatment from the staff. We were given lots of complimentary tea. The terrace was beautiful to sit on. Breakfast was great, with a big selection of things. Our room was beautiful.

Our AC didn't work in our room. The staff were sometimes hard to find and get their attention. On the day we left, breakfast wasn't set up when it was advertised and we didn't have time to eat it.

This small exquisite hotel is beyond belief in El Jadida - everything about it made it an incredible oasis. It even exceeds the beauty of the photos.What a treasure- do yourself a favour that you will never regret-.don’t miss out on splurging on this gem!! The entrance and the interior garden takes your breath.the staff are so lovely, friendly and super helpful which is an added bonus.

The hotel is so good it was worth a stop in el Jadida just to experience it. the town itself was sadly a disappointment- the only town so far after 3 weeks in Morocco that was really dirty

If you are looking to have a "One Thousand and One Nights" experience, this is your riad! As soon as you step in through the door you are immediately transported to a different time. The staff team was amazing ensuring that we were enjoying our experience, and also well knowledge about the riad's and city 's history. The breakfast served on the inner garder was delicious. Also, the riad is conveniently located and just a short stroll from the medina's entrance

Although recognising that there is always room for improvement, I can't think of anything concerning the riad or its staff. A minor note: the bed was well sized for us but very larger or tall people might struggle to fit within the bed.

This is one of the most gorgeous boutique hotels I have ever stayed in! It far exceeds any photos and the interior garden is an extraordinary oasis in the middle of the hotel with fish ponds and water features. Everything about this hotel is a must- if you plan to come to El Jadida do not miss out on this experience. The staff are gentle, kind and so helpful

There was absolutely nothing that could be improved in this gem

The room was clean and warm at out arrival.

The Riad was hidden and we could not find it at first. After asking around the people led us to the door. We had to park far from the hotel. It was only possible to drop our suitcases at the door and had to park somewhere else. The area was dirty and smelly. We had to wait long before someone opened the door. After this first hikup, the service was good.

Great breakfast, very good friendly service. Very clean, excellent, large room with good facilities, beautiful architecture, great facilities - even had a decent kitchen but we didn't use this. Garden and grounds impeccable.

Property was a little difficult to find. Location quite good but not perfect - some distance from good restaurants, large supermarket, etc. Would have loved the property to provide evening meal.

We enjoyed a wonderful one night stay at this luxurious Riad. At check-in we were greeted very nicely with tea and small snacks. We then got our room which was beautifully decorated. It wasn't big but just what we needed. The beds were comfortable and the bath was superb. The Riad is very close to the beach so we enjoyed an evening walk in the neighbourhood and a nice dinner at a restaurant recommended by Walid the receptionist. Breakfast was fantastic and felt very luxurious next to a real fire place, with beautiful music and a great atmosphere. Overall we would highly recommend this place, especially for couples.

Nothing bad to say, we had a lovely stay and will gladly return here if we ever find ourselves again at El Jadida.

Cozy opulence! A former governor’s palace transformed into a boutique hotel. The garden is lovely and peaceful, making it hard to believe you’re in the middle of the city. Hafid and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make our group feel welcome.

Some might find the Arabesque style a little much, though furnishings are comfortable and of high quality.

I am speechless about the beauty of this riad. The royal suite is just a dream. I am still blown away. The staff made us feel like king and queen. We HIGHLY recommend this riad!! We definitely will come back again. Thank you for everything.

Just one little comment: would be nice to have hair conditioner :) but that’s the only little thing we could find to improve their quality

Rooms are luxurious with an excellent Moroccan traditional architectural style. Great and careful choice of furniture and decoration. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. staff are also welcoming offering complementary traditional Moroccan tea with Moroccan sweets at the check in. Fantastic breakfast in a wonderful outdoor patio overlooking beautiful garden.

accessibility by car is somewhat limited but it is not really problematic.
