Although the name is Arthotel B&B, at arrival I noticed the breakfast was not included but could be ordered (the day before) at two other well known hotels in Ootmarsum and be paid for. I guess (but I did not go there) that they do present a large breakfast buffet. However there is a company located on the ground floor that opens at 10AM with excellent coffee and a variety of very tasty brunch specials. They serve inside and also outside. I went there a couple of times. The staff is very welcoming and friendly too. In the hotel I really enjoyed the nice clean room I was staying in; it had a large balcony! And the right curtains that do not let light shine through while asleep. I would certainly come back to this location if I can stay in the same room!

The staff were very friendly and kind. The room was wonderful, very comfortable and clean. enjoyed the outdoor sitting area as well.

The only drawback had nothing to do with the B&B room or staff, but the location. Being across the street from a very active, lively pub/bar made getting a good nights sleep rather difficult. Unfortunately, for why we were visiting we needed to get a good sleep.
