The room, comfy beds. Love the products (cream, shampoo, others). The restaurant is a value point. The location os the hotel is on the main road, near to the gas station. The staff recommend us to visit Puerto Balmaceda (2hrs drive), nice place!

The staff and the entire little accommodation was incredible, cozy and warm. We were told that we were the only ones staying overnight. Never had that happen before. Staff was helpful, easy to communicate with and the restaurant and food onsite was lovely. Breakfast was included - we were given everything we needed.

Very cozy and comfortable hotel. Good heating, nice bathrooms and clean rooms.

If you are staying in a bedroom downstairs you will hear everything from the bedrooms above, we had someone upstairs who walked around his room in the middle of the night and woke us up several times.

The hotel was beautiful and calming. The bed was comfortable and the room was small but clean.

Our room was located next to the kitchen. I’m sure any other room would have been quieter in that respect.

Located in beautiful nature, super friendly personnel, amazing restaurant and service. It's rated as a 3-star property but felt more like a 4 or 5 star one.

Great welcome from reception and comfy well appointed rooms providing a goods nights rest. Restaurant on site also serving tasty fresh food.
