Comfortable bed, quiet, good breakfast, staff responsive to concerns I raised.

When I entered the room, the locker (safe) was locked open. This was corrected after I contacted the front desk, but it should have been detected and corrected by the staff before my arrival. The toilet flushing was weak and one of the two buttons was not functional. The pool water was murky, probably its pH was off from recent rains and it needed treatment to correct this. And I also had to ask for towels to be put out next to the pool.

Overall it's a pleasant place to stay, with good facilities. I enjoyed the pool and the fitness center. This hotel is between 2 more expensive ones, and it is not quite up to their level but it is much better than the many small hotels up and down the road. Usually I stay here when I travel to this area.

Desk chair was uncomfortable. I wish the rooms had another, softer chair or that the couch was in a different place.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, Naina and hitesh specially lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

My stay was pretty good. The team was very responsive and catered to our requirements. The hotel is well maintained and service is top class. Rooms were spacious and tastefully designed. I stayed with my family and it was a comfortable stay. The dinner at the restaurant was very good. Buffet breakfast choices were also great. I will surely visit again. Thankyou

Pretty quiet. Beds very comfortable. Staff pleasant. Good breakfast. Enjoyed the pool.

The lights in my room kept turning off because the key card holder not working well. I had to keep reinserting or adjusting the key card to keep lights on. The desk chair in the room is uncomfortable. They should replace them with more comfortable chairs. I wish that breakfast started a little earlier.

I visit very first time with my family and got superb stay because I explore different places in area so every is near this hotel so can reach my destination very easily without any issue as well as my also enjoy food and drinks which they provide in the breakfast along with me and family enjoy swimming pool as well so for the last I said that the service and staff is very humble and cooperative with me so Thks to Mr Vinod , Ms Pratiksha,Mr Sandeep ,Ms Aditi and lastly to Mr Ashish who help out in my luggage

Contrary to what others have reviewed, I found reception staff bit rude. Prior to arrival, app said that I did not have to make any prepayment and it was confirmed. Soon after booking online, I received a message from hotel that I have to make advance payment otherwise my booking is not confirmed and I was forced to make advance payment. Upon arrival- we were total 4 individuals, we received two keys for two rooms and we asked for extra room keys, they refused extra keys which is weird as anywhere you ask for extra keys- they offer you instantly

I had my breakfast with my colleagues and the breakfast quality is good 👍 and also my guests said this hotel is good for stay with family also because the environment and location of the hotel good 👍.. So finally I suggest to my close ones to must visit in this hotel for once And also special Thks to Miss Pratiksha ,Mr Varun ,Mr Vinod and Miss Aditi from front office staff is very cooperative to hundle my checkin and checkout process 👍

I like everythingh which is available in the breakfast which i ordered for me my coworker staff and my colleges also impresed with food beacuse the food is mouth watering The most special thingh i found in this hotel is that i got very good experience from front office whom all are very polite in nature and my checkin and checkout process in very smooth so i would like to thks to Ms Pratiksha, Mr Vinod, Mr Varun and Ms aditi from front office
