This hotel is excellent value for money, with both breakfast and Aqua Mundo included. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and very clean, featuring a balcony with a table and chairs, and a nice view of the lake. The bed was super comfy and the room was very quiet during the night. There was lots of choice at the breakfast buffet and it was all delicious.

Whilst we couldn't hear noise from other rooms, it was easy to hear people in the hallway. This unfortunately woke us up in the morning. At breakfast, we were told we should have made a reservation, but we were not warned about this when we checked in or by Booking.com. At check in, we were simply told that breakfast was included and were given directions to the breakfast hall. Luckily, the kind staff managed to find us a table anyway, but more should be done to make guests aware that a reservation is required.

The prices are out of this world, golf car rent 120 euros per day, child steps or mountainbike so expensive you can better buy one at Decathlon, food in the places are also crazy, 45 euro for buffet, 30 euro for an hamburger...it seemed almost unreal because the food looked like fast food and not even quality...a small jupiler 30cc 4.75 euro, a leffe 6.50. There is a lot to do but you pay, and pay a lot for everything.

I don't likeit .@ aqua Mundo. when you look top of the middle of the roofs ..so old most of the metal rusty need some renovations I suppose

I enjoyed the park, all the space outside and around the hoel.

Just a few comments about water park. There were no clear signs to find every pool or activity in the park. I saw some people from a pool-window swimming, but I couldn't find an entrance to that pool. And the water park was really cold to me. I was able to be there less than one hour.

Loved the whole experience. One of highlights of my entire trip to europe. I will definitely be coming back. Have never stayed in a more warm and welcoming place.

A shuttle service to the nearby festivals would be a welcomed addition but that's all I can say really

We enjoyed facilities in the park. as well as in the room. Room was big and had everything we needed. Super market was within hotel area. Multiple options for eating food as there are many restaurants inside the park.

I was hoping to see more options to enjoy water slides. Also the inside pool was not big enough to fit large crowd.

Absolutely everything. Amazing surroundings, pool, room- nicely furnished and spotless. Very kind and polite stuff. The rare moment of- value for money is above and beyond expectations

Wide range of available activities. In summer it must be much more fun.

A bit pricey restaurants nearby with long serving time and need for advance booking, but that is not the hotel's shortcoming.

Anything you would ever want to do on a holiday, you could do here! We could explore for days and still find something new every place we went. Restaurants were great and staff was friendly. Felt very safe to let the kids go off and do their own activities.
