Everything ❤️🥰 was my best experience ever! Thank you so much, everything was great and exceptionaly simple and comfy 😊 The breakfast, lunch and dinner, the employers, the service in general was everything great, congratulations 👏

Beds could be just a little more comfortable; The bedrooms could be better cleaned (in mine one was everything good except for the little spiders and a millipede) The rest, was everything good and fine 😊🙏

The place was run down, friendly staff

The room was run down, full of ants and insects. The matress was old and smelled like mildew, and I had to ask for sheets as I was not given enough for all beds. The grounds were run down and needed a good reno . I just came to spend 1 night but wouldn't stay longer.

This place doesn’t meet the europeans expectations. Rooms are very basic, smell of dampness, uncomfortable beds, insects on the wall and on the breakfast table, no lamps, only bulb in the ceiling, the lighting is like in prison. Shower was weird and scary, with visible electrical wires. Resort itself is very old dated.

Its so bad that it is (Fawlty Towers) funny.

After being interegated at reception No 1 where you park your car (all spots close to the reception are reserved) you are allowed to enter the grounds where reception No 2 awaits with an entire wall of rules, regulations and fines if you dont comply. With no people in front of us it took 45 minutes to get the key and remote to the tv. I asked for the remote to the AC but it was a manully operated unit we were told. We were not accompanied to our room which we could not find. Once there.... the AC unit was above the closed. So we could not control te tempratue, just the on and off switch on the wall. Bed linnen was badly stained, molt grew on the bathroom ceiling and the walls had holes in them. Dinner in the grounds restaurant was not up to par and we had to sign for every single thing we ordered. In the morning we tried to check out...... but it again took forever. There is no feeling for hospitality what so ever. It feels more like a military camp. I must say I was amazed by the employees and the presistence to force all these rules on is with a strait face.

There were lots of mosquitoes. The staff was very unhelpful and showed no respect or concern for me or my family. The location is in a dirty part of town and nowhere near the beach. They wanted to charge my 0 and 2 year old children as adults.
