I think it was the best place we stayed in during our trip due to the friendliness of the receptionists, their advice relating to the area and especially relating to my grandson who has learning difficulties and the availability of the dining area if we required. There was a family atmosphere about this place.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed sheets and towels were changed every day. I particularly appreciated the person who did the cleaning. I wish I knew his name. The room was spacious and had a nice kitchen. Shower was really good.

The facilities are a little run down, and the room had a bit of a smell of food and cigarette.

We loved the helpfulness of Irish and the gentleman (sorry I can’t remember his name). He made sure we had a pass for the local swimming pool. Irish was also very friendly and considerate towards my grandson.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

There was a mistake related to the booking system so they upgraded us to a junior suite without us asking. The suite was great, it had a fully equipped kitchen, a small living room and a jacuzzi. Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Free breakfast with a good range of options.

The hotel is well situated for the traveller. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast was excellent.

The heating/cooling unit in the room did not cool down a very hot room. This would have been a deal breaker if we were staying more than the one night.

Breakfast was excellent, all staff were friendly and helpful. Stayed four nights and began to feel like family. Everything was clean and helpful.

We were in Room 203 and the only complaint we had is the loudness of the water pipes when someone above(?), below(?) or beside(?) us turned on the water. We know it is an older hotel and plumbing issues happen and are expensive but when it happened we had difficulty hearing the television. Toilet was too small in terms of height and water pressure.

Everything was excellent including the breakfast but the TV didn't work during a playoff game.

The room is a fair size, and we enjoy the kintchante because it includes everything. The stay was comfortable. The hotel is dog friendly.

The self-serve breakfast was great and had a lot of different options. The room was very spacious. The staff was pleasant, and the location was the perfect walking distance from other stores in Chetwynd.

Our room was right across from the elevator, which meant we were disturbed by all the noise throughout the night and early in the morning. Our toilet was clogged, and there was no maintenance on-site, so we had to fix the problem.

Location of breakfast room was great. Options for breakfast items was somewhat lacking. Fresh fruit and Yogurt would have been nice.
