It was Situated in town, and close to amenities, likes the petrol station the local pub and Laundry mat, a short walking distance to the shops in the Main Street.

There was nothing bad about the hotel.

the Air conditioning needs to be looked at. Had to turn it off as it sounded like a jet plane. Couldn't sleep with it on.

Proprietor very friendly and helpful with advice about where to eat in Condobolin. Motel very well located - half a block from the main street/centre of town. I liked the way the rooms had been tastefully redecorated in keeping with the original 1960s/70s design of the motel.
