The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the decoration is beautifully made. The staff are very nice and very attentionate. The food is absolutely incredible, better than any hotel we've been in tanzania. The view is breathtaking.
They told us we had a suite when we had not, confused the room number, confused to lunch for the game drive. The standard room is very small and not worth the money. We upgraded to a suite, no TV in the room only in living room and even the suite is small compared to what you pay. They should definitely lower their prices for a hotel that JUST opened. It took forever to check out (lost about the bill, lost about whether we had settled on booking or not..). It smelled really bad at breakfast, fried food or something like this and one morning we did not know that we had a menu to choose from. The pool was also closed.

I like the location is perfect, the food and drinks are excellent. I enjoyed swimming on heated pool with creater view. Even the rooms' location and services are fantastic. They have excellent customer care service and staff, which made us feel very comfortable on our stay.

Stunning location, beautiful hotel design and amazing food. The team did everything to make our stay as good as possible
At the time of making the booking we were not made aware of the fees associated with entering the park. This was an additional £750 on top of the hotel cost, upon arrival on the gate which was quite a shock.
