Fantastic hotel in a good location of Dushanbe, hotel is located close to restaurants and bars, hotel is very nicely decorated, room was very nice, comfortable bed, bathroom had a walk in style shower, good buffet breakfast served every day, staff were all friendly and helpful and helped us to travel to the nearby Hisor Fortress, free airport transfer on departure was a very nice touch and very much appreciated, would stay here again if I ever return to Dushanbe

The location for walking around town was great. The staff was accomodating and the breakfast was delicious. The room was very nice and met out needs.

We booked a double room and the room had one towel and one wash cloth and one bathrobe. For a double it should have at least had two of each. We stayed twice within the same week and it happened both times. Also the refrigerator would NOT get cold either time. I could not get my water cold - the fridge was lukewarm.

Nice room, very friendly staff, outstanding breakfast and food and coffee always available. Nice amenities like a gym available. Very clean and comfortable!!

We were supposed to have a suite and got put in a double and there was only one towel but clearly two people. We had to ask for extra towels which they delivered. The Wifi also kept cutting out and didn't stay connected.

Nice hotel in city center with true four star rating, friendly and helpful staff at reception. Hotel Provides airport transfer that i consider a really cool feature. Clean rooms, good breakfast. Loose nothing compare to brand hotel names that are more expensive.Definitely will stay again next time.

None so far, maybe some minor things, but it might be just an accident. We will see next time how it goes ))

Absolutely amazing stay here and we came back again at the end of our trip. Beautiful reception area, rooms were spotlessly clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best we had on our trip with a huge selection and great coffee. Bonus points for the free cakes and coffee throughout the day (which were amazing). Plus 5 free laundry items per person. Can't rate this place highly enough.

Beautiful hotel right in the middle of the city and close to everything. Nice breakfast. Really nice rooms. Complimentary laundry as well. Lots of great perks.

The wifi is really slow in the room but it’s fast in the lobby. Also, they tried to charge me $200 USD more for the room when checking out so just double check the currency rate to avoid any errors before paying.

The staff was great, especially the manager who let us wait in the lobby after we checked out for a long time because our flights were early the next morning. Also, the free shuttle, the free laundry, free treats and coffee and juice all day… it was an incredible value. I’ll be staying at the Rumi every time I come to Tajikistan!

Loved everything - people, food, location, services, design - it's a great place!

Not really disliked, but it would be helpful to have an extra card to keep the fridge going when guests are out. Otherwise - perfect.

The staff is amazing, I really liked the client oriented policy. Especially I thank Nelufer for her responsiveness and kind help. Also thank Nazar who helped with information and assistance. I would also like to thank the kindness of security specialists at the front and back doors. The room is amazing, spacious, warm, clean and comfortable. Food has a broad variety and tasty.

The one thing I did not like is the noise from the window. I had to use earbuds to sleep well.
