Claudio was extraordinarily approachable via WhatsApp. Answered questions quickly and efficiently. Told us where the closest parking lot was, how to use the self check-in, etc. The rooms are in a large apartment building, over ten floors, with an elevator. There is a completely stock kitchen with microwave, burners, and all the accouterments to make any type of tea, coffee, pasta, etc. Large, comfortable bed, and decent sized bath. Very comfortable for a single person or a couple. Everything was new or nearly so, immaculately clean, pleasant and well appointed. Great value.

That was a last minute decision to book it . Economical , convenient location , property with elevator , small balcony and ocean view. Good communication with owner who left water and fruit for us which was a nice touch . Breakfast delivered to room every day. All as promised , no surprises. Maybe the foam mattress would be too warm in the hot weather , but mid October it was perfect and comfortable . Parking a bit difficult , but not impossible . Just behind the building / if you’re lucky / for free or paid parking nearby . It’s frustrating if you don’t know the difference between blue, yellow or white lines - but once you understand - you just follow the rules .

It had everything we needed plus an incredible view of the Valley of temples. There’s a fantastic bread store if you turn right after you exit the apartment and a marvelous butcher to the left. Good parking lot just to the right too We were extremely pleased with the place and it’s features. It’s on the eleventh floor and the elevator is reliable and fast. The sunsets were amazing

We never made human contact with the host. Every thing was mailed to us via WhatsApp which was a bit cold. Perhaps the host was out of town. Other than needing a slip proof rubber mat, we both almost fell, in the gorgeous two person shower, the place couldn’t have been lovelier

It’s close to other famous spot by using car Room condition is good And view is good

Nice appartement with incredible view. Free parking nearby and close to the center. Good coffee. Good communication with the owner via whatsapp. He provided a lot of information and recommendations.

The bed pillows and bedding could be better quality to make it a more comfortable experience. Also there is mold in the shower and the toilet makes noise.

We had room C, which was well set out and had good,light and kitchen Bathroom was excellent and nice shower Staff were helpful, allowing us an early check-in and responsive to any request Fairly simple walk from railway station

Bed was not great - box frame slat bed (sharp corners and handles) average mattress and no bed head so pillows slide

What a view from the 12th floor! Nice bed, nice bathroom and the nicest shower we had on our 3 week trip. The bnb is on the bottom of the hill of the historic center, so you have to climb up to the city, but it allows you to have the most expansive and lovely view of the valley of the temples and the ocean. Valley of the Temples is a 20 minute drive. The balcony had a little table and chairs. The proprietor left us some homemade limoncello to sip on and we enjoyed our nightcap. It's "in front of" the railway, but we never saw or heard a thing. There's a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, table and chairs in the room. He was also helpful in telling us some places to eat and a very very good gelato place.

The owner gave us very clear directions to the property and how to enter, so it was easy. We parked for free on the street outside, just up the road to the right, on the opposite side of the property. The room was spotlessly clean, with a fridge (they even left homemade almond and peanut pralines in the freezer, and a large bottle of water - very nice touch), microwave, heating, kettle (for my tea), coffee machine (for my girlfriend) and pretty much everything you could want. We walked up to the main street (it is uphill - be warned) and found a wonderful restaurant off of the main street, but do look on the off streets because there are some great places to eat there, you just have to look for them, but it's worth it! The view from the balcony of the room is quite simply stunning, overlooking the Valley of the Temples in plain sight. At night they are lit up and even more stunning.

The view from the 11th floor is incredible. It must be nice to have breakfast on the balcony outside of winter season. There's a pair of binoculars in the common area that we didn't notice until we were leaving. We managed to park on the street but it was definitely the low season. The room was fine. We went out for breakfast in the historic center around the back. Recommend the Concordia for their excellent pastries.

Nothing. All was good. Pro tip: if you're driving and type the address into your map and it gives suggestions, make sure you pick the one in Agrigento. All the towns around there have a Via Empedocle !

The host was very nice who shared valuable information for easy self check in and the room was very new and extremely clean.. you can find anything you need there and Claudio the host had offered small breakfast and some home made stuff which was delicious. thank you! we found it cozy and good for a stop.

There are 3 rooms near each other and you can easily hear other side, we were unlucky to hear their alarms around 5:30 am and sometimes and upper neighbors. however, apart from that we loved our stay and we would come again.
