Excellent hotel Next to the train station at the back. Close to attractions and restaurants. Quiet, large, with safe and minibar. Good shower and complete bathroom. Wifi works well. Breakfast with sweets, fruits, yogurts with and without sugar, gluten-free, eggs, complete Attentive efficient staff Great staff. Everything you need in a hotel

Great location. Just a short walk under the rail line tothe city centre. The continental breakfast was very good.

The room was a bit dated with the carpet needing replacing.

Very good breakfast. Good service. Friendly people. Pretty close to old area of Campobasso. Walked to places but difficult for older people.

Desk manager was not aware we had a reservation. She was very puzzled when I told her our name and that we had reservations. She said she was not aware or told about our stay but looked things up and resolved issue.

The staff is friendly and professional. The lobby is quite beautiful and the restaurant food was fabulous.

The rooms are slightly small for the price and the view out the back is not so great.

Great location and free parking Good breakfast

Would've liked to be able to make a cup of tea. Nowhere to get hot water. I would suggest a kettle in the room to be a good idea. Also the little fridge wasn't really cold. Hot water for shower takes literally 5 minutes to come through.

The cleanliness and the modern look as you walk through the front doors was clear to see . The room was large , clean and comfy . It was a nice stay .

great location to go walking to the Old town too bad they did not give me a higher up room as the hotel was almost empty but the hotel is great and great parking and very good breakfast the lady at the breakfast room is great and very attentive
