I like the quiet swimming pool and the cool natural views. The swimming pool can also be accessed at night. I also liked that there was access to Netflix in the room.

It would be better if they provide tableware such as plate, glass, spoon and fork

Spacious room, the hot water worked well, the balcony had perfect view of the city.

Unfortunately, the stove didn't work. I stayed for 3 nights, but only got bottled water in the first day. N we have to ask everytime we need the room to be cleaned.

bed sheets were not clean, there was minor ant infestation, but the staff took care of if quickly.

Need improvement on the Cleanliness of the bed room and rest room.

The pool area, gym, fridge, veiw

Balcony was small, to hot because of air conditioner when we went for a smoke. TV channels went out, no movies last few days, reception attempted to contact the company responsible for the TV, but after a day and a half we still had no movies. Also electricity went out twice while we were there, inconvenience going down to reception to have this reloaded.
