Excellent stay at this modern pension! The accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way. Distance from city centre.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing — a perfect start to each day! There was a great variety of fresh, delicious options, from warm pastries and eggs to fresh fruit and great coffee. It really exceeded our expectations. The location was also ideal — just a short walk to the slopes, with stunning mountain views all around. It felt peaceful yet incredibly convenient. We loved being able to wake up, enjoy a hearty breakfast, and head straight out to ski. Truly a wonderful experience!

Everything was new, clean and pretty:-) Comfortable family rooms, beds, nice (although pretty shallow) pool with sauna and shower. Good breakfast with eggs, pancakes veggies etc. Possibilty to order buffet style dinner (good food)! Parking (some places even under roof, but we have not been lucky:-) Staff****

Location is not walking distance to main area ski slope, there is only small kid slope nearby. But it did not bother us much, we drove to the main paid parking lot every day.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Clean room, tasty breakfast and very kind and helpfull staff. Thank you very much for patient help with PS4 and overall for a willing approach of girls on reception and also girls during the breakfast (for example for a plant-based milk).

Plant-band milk should be a standard nowadays,but as I said it was solved immediately after my request :) Shower gel and shampoo should be in shower (not only at the sink).

High Quality Hotel

nothing major, just advice... hotels in standards similar to śnieżka are giving slippers ..it is great touch to a quest who want to enjoy day in sauna or swimming pool.. it does`t cost much but it could rise up quest comfort :-)

Comfortable accommodation, nice terrace, hearty breakfast. We arrived late at night, the keys were waiting for us in a box that could not be opened. But in the end it worked.

I was clean, spacious rooms and really good breakfast. The playroom for kids, sauna and swimming pool were exstra nice surprise. Recommend visiting!!!

We recommend to change the air in the room and wipe off the dust a bit more properly, before new guests arrive.

I can definitelly reccomend this place - brand new, in very good style, comfortable, great playing and kids room, lovely pool with sauna, delicious breakfast and really nice and helpfull staff.

This hotel provided a wonderful experience for our family. The food was delicious, splendid service, cozy and clean rooms, and everything for a reasonable value!
