Staff were very friendly. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Room was very clean and well equipped. Nice breakfast. Hotel quiet and in nice grounds. Good location for visiting the lavender fields. Easy walk into town where there are a number of restaurants and bars. Good parking

The room we were given was right next to the back door and though we could sit outside people were often walking past. Unfortunately didn't have a view. Looked out on to a wall whuch was disappointing. Would stay again but definitely make sure we had a different room.

I could not recommend this hotel more, it is beautiful and relaxing, but especially for its amazing staff. They were extremely helpful, accommodating and nice. The lady at the reception really ensured that we had a pleasant stay and was really helpful with my requests (thank you again for everything)! It is very refreshing to be staying in this kind of establishment that truly care about its customers, I would recommend to anyone going to this region to stay at Lou Paradou!

We really appreciated the kindness of the staff and the services of Lou Paradou. The room with a garden and terrace is delightful, and I think everything was perfect, from the assistance before our arrival to the last day. We needed to return to Spain for work reasons, otherwise we would have extended our stay for at least another night! One of the best Hotel where we have been lately.

Beautiful place! in a very charming town. The hotel has some beautiful gardens surrounding the property where you can walk, sit, eat, BBQ and play petanque. The pool was so nice, very clean and it has enough sunbeds for everyone. We stayed in one of their small studios (we were 2 people plus our small dog) and it was more than enough room for all of us. The room was very clean and they provided extra pillows! So we had a great night. Extra points for leaving dishwashing liquid and a kitchen towel to do the dishes. The kitchenette is small but it has enough things to cook a light meal or in case you prefer to have breakfast in your room. Ah! and it has aircon! which is a must in the south of France. Walkable to town and to the river! and very close to the Thermes. Overall perfect break and we are already thinking on going back

Difficult to say as everything was perfect, but I would probably recommend them to change the chairs inside the room for something smaller (maybe some stools) as they get in the way when you are trying to access the terrace. Some people might find the door to the bathroom a bit transparent and not giving enough privacy, but you can close the other door going from the bathroom/kitchenette area to the actual bedroom.

Nice location easy access to lavender fields around the region

Room was small and bed took up 90% of the available space. Bathroom was adequate and water pressure was great There was very little attention given to the available tea / coffee facilities in the room as we used the only teabag on the first night. Room was not serviced until day three of our stay

The hotel has a special way to think to details. All seems to have been thought for guest prefect comforts! View on the park and quietness wa amazing. The balcony was a fantastic surprise! Staff at the reception had been very nice and helpful.

Nothing, all was perfect, a pity not to have had more vacation days!

We appreciated the studio with a well stocked kitchenette and a cozy balcony for our salad and wine. Breakfast was good. The hotel is very clean. Parking on site. A very short walk to town. Large premises to let our dog roam a little bit.

The bed was soft and gave me a backache after 3 nights. New mattresses needed!

About 5 minutes walk from the centre of the pleasant town of Greoux-les-bains in Provence. Good studio apartments with a view of the gardens. All mod cons. The soundproofing could be a bit better, but overall a very pleasant place to stay.

The toilet needed a bit of attention, but worked OK.
