I asked for a platter that you have for 2 people it has chistorra asada and chicken but the meat was kind of dry and i have to pay extra for a little of rice and the salsa macha was super salty, the horchata was delicious, in general was a great experience, your valet parking Antonio was super kind he gave us advise where to go everytime we have a question and he made my day when he found a trio to sing on a birthday on a restaurant he is awesome. Every member of your staff was great, kind and friendly, I will comeback anytime without doubt.

That the gym was under construction, and the pool too. That was the only thing.

It was a clean place with great rooms and nice staff. The price quality balance was very good and the surroundings fantastic, in the middle of the city center.

I think it would have been great to have a nice breakfast included.

Breakfast especially but have to mention that the food there was really good. Prices are fair for what you get and good location in the centre of town to go see the waterfall. Also have to add, that the lady cleaning our room was excellent :)

We stayed 3 nights and on the last night - Saturday there was club music playing nearby which thumped through the room. People still around at 3am - but not the hotels fault. Just one of those things (and possibly only on a Saturday?) - earplugs help!

Piedra Alta is great place located in the heart of San Andrés walking distance from the park,church, banks, restaurants etc. The restaurant had delicious food both breakfast and dinner. The front desk staff was nice.

At night time you could hear other guests outside your door but it wasn’t as bad. The bed was super comfortable but the pillows were on the hard side although I used the decoration pillow instead.
