ANIMATION - guy announces at 10am in the microphone that within an hour there is aquagym, nothing happened - no information sheet/board to be found on any activity - mini club was supposed to be open both in the mornings and afternoons, nobody to be found during afternoons - djembe at 23:00 wasn’t appreciated RECEPTION - information provided was really insufficient, we discovered everything on our own or by asking specifically

It was nice, clean, felt safe, and everything together the pool, beach, bar and eating area. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They even gave me a standing fan because I like moving air not just an AC. The bartender made me a new drink daily, that was fun.

The hand soap dispenser was broken but they gave me a bottle of soap to use. The shower had a shower head and a hand held but the hand held knob was broken so you couldn’t use it.

Calm atmosphere, lots of choices for food at the restaurant, decorations were beautiful. Staff was friendly.

We requested additional towels multiple times since we were 5 and we only had 2 towels in our room. We never received the additional requested towels. We weren’t told were the activities were upon check-in (e.g., archery, tennis courts). It would have been nice to know this so we could make the most of our stay.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff very kind and welcoming. The beach is close to the hotel so that’s really nice. The swimming pool is large, clean and our room too. Security agents around! We felt safe

The bathroom didn’t meet our expectations and the food too. Not enough activities for the children.

I liked that this hotel was all-inclusive. All food and drinks are included in the stay. I liked the quiet setting on a private beach. Their pool is large and well-maintained. It's suitable for all levels of swimming. The staff is very helpful in finding places you need to know about in the area, i e., transportation, shopping, etc. Although a bit outdated, the rooms are large, quiet, clean and the beds very comfortable.

The long walk from the gated entrance to reception. No one was available to help with my bags. Security pointed to a trolley to use, but it was cumbersome and awkward to use on cobblestone pavement, after a tiring flight and not knowing where to go.😫

The food was delicious, the pool was great and the beach was wonderful! Our bed was very comfortable and our room was nice. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back!

The staff was welcoming, professional, and accommodating. The hotel is clean and the rooms are well ventilated. The venue offers drinks to the residents for all the duration of their stay, and all meals is included in the fair, which great value for money.

The apartment was in two levels, downstairs two single sofas that turned into beds, a flat screen TV, WiFi, small fridge,bathroom, shower etc, and a large open wardrobe and your security box inside and your own little outside area, which you can open your double sliding doors. Upstairs a large bedroom and your own balcony, a 1 minutes walk to the beach

Everything for me was very good, a very nice location, a nice walk from the main road through the car park, then through various villas, where it opens out to the main area...
