We called the property a few weeks before our stay to make sure of our reservation. The person who answered the phone at the time was very rude. But to our surprise, the day we checked in was the first day of new management. We never got his name but he was great to work with. He was super friendly and easy to work with. Anything we needed was done right away. He also mentioned that they were going to start renovations, and fix up the rooms. The new management will be working diligently in making this a better place.

Cleanliness

Everything works, ac, heat, cable tv, shower, refrigerator. Excellent value, right next to Walmart, McDonald's.

It could be cleaner. It wasn't too bad, considering the super cheap price!

The staff was very personable and friendly, and the room was comfortable, clean and modern. Also, you couldn't beat the price.

Price, bugs were dead. Heat & air worked great.

Dead bugs. Bathroom floor not clean. Microwave & hair dryer broke. Coffee packs but no pot. Had to slam door to close.

It was central to a lot of stores.

The entire room needed work. From plumbing issues, lack or regular housekeeping and general maintenance needs. However, the new owner (7 weeks ago) said they were making improvements. I saw them replace all of the furniture in two rooms with stuff that was much better. They are working on the changes. It will take time.

No breakfast would not eat it if they had it the place was run down and look like tweeters living there

We requested a handy cap room months in advance my wife is Handycam she could not get in our out the tub shower compo she could nit get up and down to use the toilet and the dead bolt did not work could not change rooms or go to another hotel they were all full of us there for the changing of the colors the CMA,has each year in mena

Manager was friendly

There was no shower curtain in the bathroom, mold on the mattress and box spring, dead flies in the dresser and around the room.

Location and price was the best thing about this hotel.

The staff did not know what they were doing but they were trying. The room was filthy, including the bed having pieces of dirt in the sheets. The floor looked like it had not been vacuumed in months. The drawers had dirt and trash in them. The door would not lock with the secure lock. There were NO towels in the room. There were NO coffee cups in the room. We had to drink our coffee out of the coffee pot. (At least there was coffee). Also, the coffee pot did not fit the appliance. Also there was not a remote for the TV. We asked staff for the remote and for towels and they scrambled to get those for us and made sure the remote worked for the TV. They did the best they could with the knowledge and training that they had. One of the staff told us the owner planned to renovate the hotel in the next year.

Nothing

This place caters to the homeless in the area. The carpets and room where dirty. Smelled of pet urine. There was dried food or vomit on the only chair in the room. The fire alarm was disabled. We walked into the room and right back out and checked out. We told them you couldn't pay us to stay there. The man did refund my money. This place had a 4.5 star rating which is why we booked it. This place should not be listed at all on booking for travelers. The hotel we ended up staying at called it the meth hotel. They also stated they have to fumigate their rooms when they have someone over that has stayed there due to bed bugs. The sad part is I am out the $10 that booking .com charged through allianz for trip insurance.

It was where it needed to be.

The nonsmoking room had a cigarette butt laying on the bathroom floor, when I asked the desk if it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room, as the plaque on the door indicated, he said that I could smoke in there, when I responded that I didn't smoke or can't deal with the reek of it, he said that he would have housekeeping take care of the room while I was out. Upon return the room hadn't been touched, truthfully was worried that I would bring home some extra critters it was so bad, and the dead fly in the bathtub was a great touch!
