The breakfast was terrific-big selection, very fresh, lots of fruit, fresh eggs and lots of pastries and cereals yogurts and great cappuccino. The pool was absolutely gorgeous- big and clean and quiet. We ate in restaurant and the food was awesome and reasonably priced for the amount and quality. The grounds were gorgeous, neat and picturesque. the rooms have cozy mood lighting over the bed...nice touch! Allesandra and Paola and a young man (forget his name) at front desk were so kind and helpful to us...

the bed was low and a bit hard, probably could use a change of mattress. the fridge kept conking out but it got fixed. there were minimal free toiletries, but enough to get by...

The garden and the hotel is beautiful, the rooms in the back side are so-so...Nice and helpful staff.

We were not told that there would be a wedding every day during our stay, and so the pool area was shut at 12pm. The nearby town had nothing to do and barely any of the restaurants were open. One night the music was on (and audible from our room) until 1am. They charged us 10€ per towel for using at their pool but didn’t tell us until checking out and paying the bill. The breakfast is awful, just some boiled eggs and pastries

The facilities are non existent. The hotel isn’t a hotel but an events venue and there are events on daily. When there is an event on the communal facilites, such as the pool, close down and there is nowhere (apart from your room) to spend time. Additionally, the beds are horrifically uncomfortable.

There is no doubt that this is a fantastic location. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful.

This hotel is really set up for events rather than guests staying for a few nights. Rooms are very basic, breakfast buffet poor. There are none of the usual toiletries you would expect - shower gel, shampoo etc. - one little basic soap bar. You should also know that the swimming pool will be closed to guests in the afternoon if there is an event planned. For us, this meant that for the first three days, we couldn't use the pool in the afternoon. Staff are just not geared up for hotel guests and were pretty unpleasant at times. We really felt that we were a nuisance to the main events business. If you would like a drink beside the pool, or maybe eat something during the day - forget it. Everyone is too busy preparing the the evening's events. There are no towels for the swimming pool and the pool was very dirty with leaves, algae etc Having said all that, the location and park around the hotel and the swimming pool are splendid.
