Comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, bowls and cutlery in room (regret no microwave though), friendly reception staff, great location within 2 minutes walk to an IGA and petrol station and a pub. Fantastic shower water pressure. Parking right outside. Nice heating unit in the room (cooler / heater) which we only switched on in the morning although it was chilly in the evening as expected at this time of year. The beautiful, historic Moreton Road Fig Trees (planted in 1906) are right outside the window! We didn’t realise these famous trees, protected by the National Trust, were the ones we were looking at. Fabulous.

It’s always nice to have a microwave but space was a little tight in the kitchenette area so I guess that’s why there wasn’t one. Perfectly good fridge though.

The staff were exceptionally helpful in accommodating our group of 15 people in 14 rooms. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location in the centre of town was great. The highlight was the restaurant- the food was exceptionally fast (25min to get out 14 dinners), incredibly tasty and excellent value. We ate there twice on this trip and once the week before - 100% recommended as the best place to eat in the area.

The bathrooms in the hotel are a bit dated, but still perfectly functional, they could just do with a refresh to match the rest of the establishment.

Friendly staff, clean, good location, quiet, well maintained grounds, nice dinner and breakfast. Didn't have to walk far for meals. Iga across the road was very handy.

A bit dated, plumbing in our room needed to be looked at. The taps dripped so we had to tighten them extremely tight which made it difficult to turn back on. The cold tap didn't have much pressure. The shower head needed replacing as it sprayed everywhere, even places you didn't want. To

The Queen bed feels alot like a double and his quiet uncomfortable, I was sharing the bed with a child. Wouldn't have wanted to be with another adult. The carpet feels awful and dirty which I've not noticed on previous stays so maybe was just the room we were in. Taps in the room and pub bathroom awful

The location perfect! Right in the middle of the Town with nice walks very close by. The food was pretty good, particularly the breakfast, this was superb! We had a quiet drink at the Hotel in the evening which was very relaxing, they do have entertainment also. The pool area is gorgeous!

The rooms could do with a spruce up. The bathroom was very and I didn't like boiling the kettle next to the toilet. There needs to be a nice tray of tea and coffee etc on the shelf above the fridge, with a power point.

The motel was central to everything, with and excellent hotel for breakfast and dining attached. The beds were comfortable and it was a quiet location for sleeping. The food at the hotel was excellent and we ate dinner there every evening. The breakfast were equally good. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. We would happily return to this location.

I couple of the items were a little 'tired'. The freezer section on one of fridges didn't work well, and there was a drip at one of the sinks. However this did not affect our enjoyment in any way.

Coming down from coral bay and driving 7 hours , this was booked in advance to make the next day easier. Was comfortable and cozy for a cold night . Dinner at the restaurant was very nice.

Central to everything. Very comfortable beds and clean. Staff were lovely and friendly. Food was amazing and great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel/motel and will definitely be back. First time to Dongara and absolutely love this place.

Nothing loved it all.

Everything is at your finger tips. Restaurant, bar TAB, Shops, Cafes, Swimming pool on site, friendly staff. A good all rounder and one stop shop.

Nothing really, just found the accomodation even clean and comfortable it was a bit overpriced.

Great friendly staff, really nice meal, very clean and pleasant room that was quiet. Only downside was tv reception mostly unusable ( I like background noise ).
