The hotel is conveniently located close to numerous restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The room was exceptionally clean, and I appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary slippers. Even though my room faced the street, it was surprisingly quiet at night — a big plus for light sleepers. The air conditioning worked well, and both the room and the bathroom were spacious and comfortable. Free parking was available either directly in front of the hotel or on the street, which added extra convenience.

The only downside was the awkward placement of the toilet, which was positioned almost underneath the sink. It made using it quite uncomfortable — it felt a bit like climbing into a tank. This part of the bathroom definitely could have been designed more thoughtfully. Room 105.

I came to this city to spend the night before I took the ferry from Sardinia to the island of Corsica. The thing that impressed me the most was the large parking lot which was located a short walk from the hotel and was for hotel guests! That was MOST welcome after all the places that really had no place to park. Room was great--clean and spacious! Bed was comfortable and the internet worked very well. I was very pleased with this hotel.

Family-run hotel which reminded me of Italian hotels of 1980s (which is a big plus for me!), but with some modern additions. Location: not too far from the ARST bus station, port (ferries to Corsica!), Rena Bianca beach and Spar supermarket. No traffic noise coming from the street. Kind staff. Early check in was possible. Clean. Fine balcony (room 122) with the view over the city's rooftops. Elevator available.

No table either in the room (lack of space because of the third bed?) or on the balcony.

The hotel is located near the central part of town, walking distance from a lot of restaurants and activities. There was free parking in a lot across the street and on the street as well. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was nice and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel L'Ancora has a charming family run feel to it and the staff were all friendly, helpful and accomodating. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and light filled with a little balcony. The location was excellent- less than 10 minutes to walk to the stunning Spiaggia Rena Bianca and surrounding restaurants, bars and shops.

There was some limited information on things to do in Santa Teresa but it would have been great if there was more presence at the front desk to ask for more recommendations and things to do.

Good, basic hotel in a good location - about a 10 minute walk from the main drag but on the right side of the town for the bus station. Fridge and aircon provided. Internet speed generally ok. Decent shower and excellent, daily housekeeping. Price ok.

No breakfast offered but there are cafes not too far away. I may have missed them, but if not, some vending machines for drinks and snacks would have been handy.

Great garage to securely lock and charge my e-bike in, and accommodating in giving me early access to catch ferry. Room was fine and food options nearby. I was also booked to stay there a few days later but ferry cancellation meant I had to cancel, and they were excellent in refunding the cost, very promptly.

The hotel was nice and clean, comforting and accommodating. It had a very casual atmosphere and was great great for budget travelling. It was very close to a spectacular beach with great views and terrific snorkelling. The position was excellent… close to the bus depot from Alghero, as well as the centre with all the restaurants and shops. We liked all the complimentary toiletries, sewing kit and my husband loved the free pair of slippers. We asked for a kettle in our room and staff were very accomodating.

Coffee/tea and kettle in the room but we got that when we requested it anyway.

Nice, old hotel, the room was clean. The beach, bus stop and port are very close, 10 minutes walking. The owners are kind, helpful and hospitable. Thanks a lot. I would recommend to stay in the hotel and spend holiday in Santa Teresa Gallura.

Great location and a good budget option, in a lovely town with a nice sandy beach and exceptional restaurants. Spacious room, with a vital sunny balcony and clothes drying rack. A friendly welcome the hosts.

The housekeeping is perfect but overall the hotel seems understaffed, and no food at all offered at the hotel. It is right around the corner from the restaurant PeMa though, a stylish seafood restaurant where booking is essential.
