Small fridge in the room was not working, there were no other available rooms to swap with. However, I have been offered the option to place items in a fridge near the reception(not ideal, but better than nothing when holding perisable items) Pool & sauna not available 24/7 - bear in mind that the facilities are not available at all times of the day, best to confirm before booking whether it fits your plan

Clean and spacious. The reception area was a bit bland, but the room was nice and the breakfast area was fantastic, with a huge, well-assorted buffet. Parking right outside the front door. Fridge in the room.

A bit pricey for a hotel in a not-particularly-exciting town, but nothing outrageous.

The hotel is on a quiet back street and is very modern. The breakfast room was beautiful. The breakfast served was exquisite, they clearly spared no effort or expense in giving their guests a top class experience. The room itself and bathroom were excellent.

The pillows were filled with down and far too soft and soggy. We were not particularly impressed with Bad Bentheim as a town (except for the castle). We cycled across the border into the Netherlands, where everything seemed just nicer and where the cycle paths were better.

Good location with walk into town. Breakfast was really good and we had good outlook over local area

Missed having tea/coffee making in our room, especially as we were staying two nights and local restaurants varied in their opening times during the week. The hotel did provide a list with these times which was helpful. Enjoyed our visit to the Schloss, within walking distance.

Location and sauna. The room was quiet, although with all the windows it could get very warm.

The coffee was dreadful. The swimming pool was too cold and the pillows too soft.

Super helpful staff, clean and comfortable and a peaceful location. Good secure storage for bicycles. Bad Bentheim centre, castle and park was only a short walk from the hotel. Also, some nice woodland trails and cycle paths nearby. Great value for money.

Breakfast was perfect, location was good, room was clean and personal was friendly. Free parking was a "bonus".

the room needed a brighter light, the low lights were nice but for dressing and make up it would be better. The room was a little cold when we arrived/first thing in the morning.
