- location (beautiful views, sunset and sunrise like from a movie) - cleanliness, perfectly renovated historical building - comfortable beds, spacious bathroom - breakfast (sweet and salty options) - possibility to buy local wines - local restaurants in walking distance - parking - overall romantic vibes from this beautiful place

- the room Saccol is really small, without any storage options (no wardrobe). Not a big issue for a 3-4 nights, but for a longer stay, I recommend to book bigger room. - you can hear every step of your neighbors above (but that's something you would expect from historical building).

Unfortunately we stayed here for only one night but this place absolutely deserves more nights. The old house is beautiful, the room was clear and comfortable. The view from the room and from the terrace was amazing. We found this house easily and the instructions received from the owner previusly were understandable. The breakfast was perfect, we could choose from different products and coffees. The whole house is so cute and the service was very demanding.

Maybe a small wardrobe or more hanger would be useful in the room in order to put our clothes. For one night, it was good but for more nights in would be more comfortable.

Our stay was great! The location was amazing, with breathtaking views of the vineyards, especially during breakfast, which was delicious and served overlooking the stunning scenery. The property was spotless, and communication with the hosts was easy and smooth. One of the highlights was the incredible wine degustation they arranged for us with a nearby winery.

The only thing to note is that the units are quite small with limited storage space.

A lovely B&B with friendly staff and a really nice breakfast. Spectacular views to vineyards from the rooms and the relaxing breakfast terrace. Quiet location in a small village. The suites were spacious and with air-conditioning. It was nice that you could buy their own prosecco from the B&B fridge and enjoy it on the terrace. The B&B has been renovated with style.

Quiet area, good breakfast for Italian standards

We barely slept on our first night as the AC wasn't working (It was warm and quite humid unfortunately). We wrote them via booking and the private number provided, but no response... Situation was only fixed after we spoke to the nice ladies during breakfast.

It's already the third visit and from the very first one everything was just lovely, the staff, the room and its amazing location right in the heart of the Valdobbiadene area

Location within Valdobbiadene is amazing. The view spectacular. Breakfast was rich and tasty. Staff really nice. Arrival and check in very easy

Bed rather hard and we were hearing other guest in other rooms talking.

Great location with a fantastic view into the vineyards. Great breakfast, service & cold prosecco in the fridge. :) It was a wonderful holiday :)

Nothing to mention

The building is a tastefully renovated old, traditional hause with all necessary features. The staff is small but very nice and friendly.

I would suggest to improve the quality of the breakfast with some warm (egg dishes?).

Rooms are very cute, smartly equipped considering the size of the house. Very good and calm location. We tasted a great prosecco from the owners vineyard that was available in the fridge.

A small minus - it is almost impossible to take a shower when you are 190+ cm tall :) the top shower head is always nice to have but in this case it couldn’t be moved so you just don’t fit in. We would prefer more vegetables and maybe some eggs for breakfast, but it’s very subjective.
