Our room was very clean. The room was very spacious and the couch in the suite was very comfortable. We took a room with a waterfront view and it was worth it. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was fully stocked and clean and spacious. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and we were able to be served in English.

I chose the hotel because of the pool, and after 3 days here, I have to say it was the best choice. My kids loved it! They simply went down the slide a thousand times. The room was very comfortable, very clean and spacious. Frigobar, coffee maker, TV... everything ok. Good locariam. We loved it.

The room cleaning service is on demand, as I was out during the day and did not request it, the 3 days we stayed there was no change of towels or replacement of coffee and shampoo. But I am sure that if I had asked, they would have cleaned the room. The only thing I didn't find comfortable were the pillows, too high for my taste. But this was a detail that did not affect the stay. I would definitely come back.

Clean and modern room. I liked that the room had laminate flooring; no carpet! The laundry in the basement was very useful. Decent if slightly pricy restaurant on premises.

There was only 1 elevator, quite the wait to use it. I was surprised that cleaning staff also used it, compounding the wait times. Was there not a service elevator?

1) the room is clean and comfy, but the bath room is designed strangely as there is no door for the shower so the water is so easy to splash everywhere. 2) the staffs are very nice and friendly 3) the swimming pool is cool and my kid loves it so much 4) the location is in the center of Rimouski, so it is very convenient to everywhere.

The staff at the reception was not very interested in making us feel welcome and comfortable. They did not properly instruct us on how to secure the bed for our kids so we had to go back to the reception and ask. There, instead of apologizing for not properly instructing us, they made us feel as if we should have known. There was really no sign of service orientation.

The friendliness of the staff, how they try to tend to their customers every needs, always with a smile.

Not about the property per se, but there was a party on our floor, a few doors down from ours, that went on until later than I would have hoped.

The rooms are very nice, but the shower needs a little update. It’s in no way ugly. But the rest of the room is very upscale, so to have a regular bath/shower seems low budget. Other than that, great hotel, will definitely book there again.

Evening meal in restaurant was the best pizza I’ve ever had-really! Sunset view across the St Lawrence was amazing too.

Other than the St Lawrence, the surroundings are somewhat bleak- parking lots, industrial style buildings, main road.
