need more staff talking english, or prepared for english travelers. some rooms, furniture need to be renew

The hotel is pretty new it seems. Everything, the buildings, the furnishings, ... is of high quality. Plus eveything was very clean. This made for a good experience. We enjoyed the breakfast menu, too. There were plenty of options and upon request, they provided gluten free options, too. The beach is great; the water was warm and beautiful, the sand was soft and almost white. The sunbeds provided by the Hotel were well positioned and also of goodquality.

There were just some minor grapes, nothing major. There is no shade on the parking spots. Also since everything is so new, the trees did not have time to grow as of yet, so the grounds can look a bit empty. The road croasing, when walking to the beach, was a bit awkward. We didn't eat at the restaurant, so we can't speak to that, but the one time we ate lunch at the bar was not very good; the food was bland and uninspired and over all too expensive.

Great variety buffet breakfast, with cereals, pastries, fresh fruit, cold meets/cheese, yoghurts, & scrambled eggs/bacon. Calm & serene atmosphere with GREAT large pool a 5min walk to the beach (with complimentary designated umbrella/lounger area) Staff were superb - happy, nice level of banter & could not do enough! True service! Bar was good (excellent cocktails!) and short 10min walk into town for restaurants & supermarkets (closest one was probably only 3 or 4 mins); so we never ate dinner at hotel. Lunches were good at hotel. All resonably priced, especially for a good hotel.

Room had faulty airconditioner, so would not cool enough. Swapped rooms after 2 nights, but did take 3 attempts to solve. Minor/small issue - would have been good if there was somewhere to shower after vacating the room on the final day, as flights were late evening (10am checkout, left hotel at 4pm without showering after being in pool)

The property is very pretty, spacious and very clean and well maintained. The food provided in the half board plan was excellent (dinner). The sports room was small but very well equipped and the swimming pool is perfect. The best thing is that the whole place is very quiet, even if there are quite some families with kids.

Amazing new property, so relaxing and quite! Bed is super comfy, great shower! There was Sardinian treats in the room as a welcome gift 🤩 So much green around, sSuper clean! Perfect for a relaxing holiday! The pool is huge and not crowded at all! Full of art, there is a playground. Breakfast is amazing! Every day freshly baked cakes, at least 6! And one always lactose free, so yummy! Staff super friendly! Plenty of parking, safe area. The town is around the corner but it’s better to have a car. La Caletta is very pretty with lots of places where to eat. The beach is lovely and huge!

The hotel is great. Big area, apartments distributed in a few buildings, which adds to the intimate and cosy atmosphere. Great swimming pool. The location was very mch to our liking, a quick stroll from the beach, short ride to the center, but in a quiet neighborhood. Also, distant from the busy touristy areas, but close enough to allow quick excursions to the more popular sites and attractions.

The wi-fi quality could be improved. Also, to get to the beach you need to walk along a road with no sidewalk, which could be a little risky, but that’s just little inconvenience.

Just a DREAM COME TRUE!!! Amazing staff from management to reception to waiters to housekeepers - super friendly, always smiling & willing to help - just all around competent, large brand new property, spacious bright super clean rooms with huge terrace, brand new facilities, extremely nice & generous breakfast, fabulous restaurant & bar, excellent pool incl children area, Caribbean like beach, extremely well maintained lawn, kids playground, downtown full of restaurants. Stayed there two weeks, had a lot of fun, all of us incl my wife and a baby girl were extremely happy every day and everything was so perfect we didn't really want to leave :) definitely recommend, will hopefully return soon! Huge thanks to everyone at this resort who made our stay so enjoyable & peaceful. Totally satisfied, world class, five stars, ten out of ten, cento per cento happy!!!! PS they even have an excellent soccer field, a squash and a tennis court apart from a lot of other stuff like gym & table tennis

New hotel which is clean and has great facilities. Such lovely reception staff who were so helpful, lovely breakfast, amazing beach a short walk away which is close to the beach cafe and toilets. Great location with other fantastic beaches only 15-45 mins drive away. The town is close by (15 min walk) with lovely restaurants in. Would recommend this hotel!

The beds are very hard so we didn’t get the best sleep at night. Such a shame. Also there isn’t any music or vibe going on in the bar at night, so had no atmosphere, maybe it’s because we’re there later in the season?

Very clean, good pool, good bar, close to a great beach. Great coffee at breakfast. Very quiet and easy to relax.

Coffee and tea facilities should be standard in all rooms. Gym facilities could be better - room was open and too hot. Breakfast could be better for allergies (no signs), they had soya milk but no soya yogurts and no gluten free breakfast options but it is ok for a few days stay (fruit, eggs, cold meats, bacon).

All the staff were super kind and helpful. Housekeeping team were exceptional too. Room was comfortable and we had a lovely surprise to welcome us as we celebrated our anniversary, this was very nice to have the staff go out of their way to make our trip extra special. Pool was also amazing and such a relaxing area. Breakfast was okay.
