We stayed here every time when we visited Thailand. The facilities are very good for family. Our children loved the swimming pools. Breakfast was nice and good selection.

We stayed at the hotel 5 times and we can see that the quality of the service has been dropped. There was not enough staff to serve the customer at the breakfast area. We had to find a table ourselves and it's not been cleaned. The room is needed refurbishment, the fridge did't work and can't switch the lights off. However, the staff came and fixed it quickly.

Location is awesome away from the hustle and bustle of regular tourist destinations. Sitting right on the beach with smooth sand and not many visitors. ideal for relaxation.

More options in menu for food. Calling front desk from the room was a big challenge most of the time i had to go down myself.. maybe coz of new year rush but still was a negative other than that awesome experience.

Front desk staff, especially Patrick were really service minded. The amenities were excellent.

The restaurant experience during dinner was a confusing. Food was excellent but service level was not up to standard. The allergy markings were inconsistent in the menu and we were served an other dessert than ordered (that I was allergic to). After some confusion the third server attending to us slipped that that the kitchen had not prepared properly to serve what was originally ordered and they just decided to bring a substitute without asking.

The staff were INCREDIBLE We celebrated a very special job promotion, and the lovely new lady on reception also had a job promotion and so she went the extra mile and did an incredible room display that I rang for the manager to compliment how valued I felt as a guest by this wonderful receptionist :) Pool was fantastic, gorgeous beach, great breakfast, amazing!!

Beautiful, comfortable rooms with a great view; two very good restaurants; excellent breakfast; fantastic pool with both a swimming/sandy beach and a rocky/tide pool beach just steps away.

Honestly, everything was great! I wouldn't change a thing.

Good sized room with bathtub. Comfortable beds. Great views from our room. Massive swimming pools.

Breakfast restaurant felt a bit chaotic. Sparrows flying around the breakfast area which is a health concern. They did their best to negate the problem. Coffee was good but not great. Rooms getting a bit tired. Could do with new curtains.

The breakfast was exceptional with an incredible choice of western and asian specialities. The pool was spectacular given its length and entertainment factor with the slides. Something for big and small. The beach was nice and sandy, shallow water and lovely atmosphere for beach walks.

the rooms are good and the room service too. An unpleasant aftertaste was left by the fish bar .. No one was informed at check-in that we should book a place to eat in advance, as a result, we were kicked out of the EMPTY cafe, arguing that the full reservation, literally: "go eat elsewhere." And in another place you can eat in the evening on the fact: "that day we have only a buffet at a fixed price." For example, what do your other clients do if they had a limited budget and did not plan a fixed price? I think this is a shortcoming and the lack of notification of guests upon check-in.

Perfect location, spacious infinity pool with plenty of deck chairs , beach area in front of the hotel is clean and very appealing, too. Beautiful, green resort. 🌴🏝️ We also loved the pool bar - excellent service snd delicious cocktails - happy hour very much appreciated 😉. We only stayed for one night but had a very relaxing time. Thank you for the room upgrade with pool view. We loved it. 🫶

Beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms and very attentative staff. Great breakfast buffet.

Not really prepared for electric vehicles (only a normal socket available).
