Beautiful peaceful location Views from my room and balcony in front Friendly hospitality Comfortable room & great night's sleep

Slightly tricky to find even with using Google maps. The level of isolation may not be for everyone here but was fine by me. I'm not sure if it was because of low season or not (I was the only guest) but would definitely be a 10/10 if the restaurant was open. Its a beautiful location and for me once I'd arrived after a long ride I would have been very happy to have a beer and meal onsite rather than head off into town again in search of food

The room at Rico resort was lovely and large with two beds that were very comfortable. The property is in a great location with large ponds around the grounds. We opted out of the bbq dinner and breakfast. We only stayed for one night.

There is construction going on during the day at the resort which could possibly be a bit loud. The rooms could have used more furnishings. A night stand by the bed would have been nice.

Wonderful relaxing environment and extremely hospitable hosts. The architecture, the room, the open hallway with its seating, and the grounds just a delight. Stunning bathroom. Outstanding breakfast overseen by Emmy who also went out of her way to suggest an excellent, very reasonably priced, local restaurant for our evening meal.

located in the middle of nature, in a quiet area, the hotel Rico was a marvel from all points of view. the reception of Emmy the manager a real pleasure. the 1st day having no vehicle, she took us to the restaurant and came to pick us up. she organized a discovery day of the region with a “French” guide. us to cook herself a great Thai meal for our friends and us. It is also to take care of our transfer then to Chiang Mai. Thank you Emmy for your kindness, your superb welcome, as well as your smile. we will come back with pleasure. we recommend +++ this hotel for your stays. Cathy

The staff, my wonderful outdoor bathroom, the food. The possibility of borrowing a bike. Wonderful surroundings.

The pool could've been cleaner. I found a dead frog in there, which I removed on the second day with it in the pool.

this is the resort that you hope to find, and here it is, real and top quality. this hotel is in a green and quite area of a small town, and has a beautiful large garden with lakes, plants, flowers all around. at sunset you may think to be in africa... super large room excellent breakfast excellent hosts

Big rooms with a nice balcony. Beautiful gardens. Mr Rico is an interesting person to talk with. And we played tennis on the courts!

Swimming is at Rico’s private property, you can take a bicycle to get there.

Very friendly hosts, who give good advice on where to go in the surroundings. They are very eager to make you feel at ease. The lended us great bikes to go to the swimming pool, which is nearby. The room was really big with a huge bathroom.

Nearby is the former Rico hotel, which is not in use anymore. However, it may be a bit confusing if you're navigating towards the present Rico hotel. The present hotel seems not completely finished het (for quite some time now).
